Most everything was stuff we already knew about, the usual Halo, Gears, Crackdown, Forza routine. The developer acquisition was the only surprise and the only one that mattered was Ninja, R.I.P. Ninja. Most of the rest of it was timed exclusives or straight out multiplats. Overall it was pretty meh. At least the as expected every year overzealous Microsoft employee applause and cheering was entertaining. They couldn't even muster enthusiasm for some of it though.
P.S. ...
Making money for the games or additional content a developer creates and making money by selling yourself to Microsoft are two entirely different things.

When did basing a logical opinion based on past Microsoft acquisitions become looking forward to a devs closure. Would seem you have some narratives of your own. I dont want them to get closed I think they're a great studio, but Ninja isn't a studio that fits well into the MP heavy GaaS focused mentality Microsoft has and it could end up being their demise. But I suppose now that you're here a logical discussion about it has gone out the window.
He's just a troll looking to instigate arguments, its what he does, just report him and hopefully he'll go away.
Oh you mean your antagonistic instigating comment wasn't meant to instigate a response? Hilarious you alluding to me as a troll when you're one of the biggest trolls on this site, at least your comments aren't without a sense of irony. "Valuable time", lol, hilarious! I'd go play in traffic but I'm just too exited for all those multiplats Microsoft showed off during their conference.
Only Ninja was anything of real consequence, lets be real Playground might as well already have been first party. Hopefully this doesn't mean the end of Ninja, Microsoft has a bad track record of acquisition and then shuttering studios.
I'm worried for them.
Cause money.
Like if Destiny and Titanfall had a baby.
Awesome!
Feelings mutual, take your own advice.
Halo, Forza, Crackdown, Gears, pretty much what everyone already expected.
This one looks incredible!
Xbox fanboys like yourself already figured they were trash when Heavenly Sword was a PS3 exclusive and when Hellblade was only available for PS4, you only cared about them once HB came to xbox, what a surprise. Don't worry though at Microsoft they probably wont be around long.
Yawn, your smart mouth bores me and you're not remotely funny. Buy it or don't I dont really don't care kiddo. Such a cry baby, smh.
Buy a studio like Playground Games that was already making "exclusive" games for them? Ah ok.
R.I.P. Ninja Theory
"More timed exclusivity paid for by Sony perhaps? "
Oh the irony.
Your hyperbole aside. People excited for Halo, Gears and Forza already own xbox, so no they didn't, Didn't take long to get these nonsense articles.
