Certainly better than previous years but still a lot of the usual Halo, Gears, Crackdown, Forza stuff. Apparently Halo is way way off. The announcement of them already working on another console when X launched seven months ago is actually kind of shameful to those who invested in X, even worse for those who bought One and then turned around and bought X. Microsoft should spend some time making those investments worthwhile instead of moving on to the next console in a desperate effort to out ...

Didn't X just launch like seven months ago and they're already working on another console. Seems like Microsoft just wants to sell their fan base consoles but not spend anytime making their investment in those consoles worthwhile.
Look I get that you have to try but the title of the article stated "Why Ninja Theory has joined Microsoft Studios" the answer is as I stated, money. i.e. Microsoft opened up that briefcase and showed them stacks and all that "we want to be independent and do what we want" talk went right out the window. If you think theres another reason I'm happy to hear it otherwise go bother someone else, although I'm sure you already are.
They used the game engine to create the teaser trailer essentially, they didn't show game play because they dont have any and wont for a long time.
Better than they've had in the past for them but too early to say best this year overall. Still nothing that exciting and the usual Halo, Gears, Crackdown, Forza routine.

The point in them buying studios was to save them from the lower console sales and lackluster games they have been putting out, if they have that problem with Playground Games essentially already exclusive to them what did throwing money at them do to improve anything, the answer is, nothing. Why are you trying to act like this is a bigger deal than it really is?

Most games I buy physical copies, only small indie type game which are usually digital only anyway do I purchase digitally, just preferring having the disc.
But what if you want to play as a male character, wheres the equality?
Microsoft sure tried to make this and many other games seem like they were.......again.
So try to win by "looking better", which hasn't worked so far.
