When people say xbox has no game what they're referring to is tangible real exclusives that are critically acclaimed. Lets look at your list for example, Sea of Thieves didn't go over well at all and ended up at a 69 meta score. State of Decay 2 again was a game that did poorly and ended up with a 67 meta score.
