does it even matter who sells the most consoles in this recession??? i mean of course the cheapest consoles are gonna sell more than the more expensive consoles...console price dictates sales, not reliability, long-term value, games or capabilities...the only true test would be if all consoles had a 0-50 $ price difference, but you still have to give credit to Nintendo with the Wii and the DS they have truly tapped the potential of the casual gamer market

idc who wins...E3 this year is gonna be a win for all gamers (although the PS3 does have the best confirmed lineup probably ever this year)...i'm pretty sure fans of all 3 systems are going to be pleased to see what happens at E3...I frankly can't wait for all 3 consoles to drop bombshells on the gaming community and make us all excited for the years to come...after all we are gamers and we have invested a lot into these systems and deserve to be given the best for our money...

perfect dark zero 2 would be awesomeee...but i'd be more interested in Conker (more than killer instinct because the fighting genre doesn't appeal as much to me as Conker would)...Big fan of conker for n64 and perfect dark for n64 and killer instinct...damnnn rare made some great games back in the day...hopefully their next games make improvements that do the old games justice not like how the new banjo doesn't feel like the old banjo and perfect dark didn't make a huge splash when it launche...
i dont get why they just dont make head coach a part of franchise mode or superstar mode...once u retire u can have the option of trying to become a coach then after u retire from being a coach u can eventually try being the president of the team or even the GM and then u can later become the owner of the team and decide what to do with your team
man can you imagine if that kind of presentation was put into this years madden...like for replays and stuff (kinda like the backtrack thing but with those visuals)...and the playcalling screen looks awesome and the pregame entrances looked great...that should be the target for madden and there is no reason why it doesnt look like that...geezzzz at least make the bench players lifelike and remove the glitches of running through players and your bench, running through a wall and the field goal...

lol what if Naughty Dog figured out how to make 2 separate campaigns??? one for single player just as epic as uncharted and one that is co-op (online or offline) that will be completely different than the single player campaign (an extended story maybe between uncharted 1 and 2)

graphics-wise from what has been shown alan wake can't compete with heavy rain...but gameplay is what matters and we will not know that until we see some reviews and play both games which are still a ways off from coming out
as long as you can choose between co-op and single player that's all that matters...giving gamers a choice is always a ++
doesn't matter who's in what place....all that matters is that we keep getting games that push our respective systems to the next level...and killzone 2 does just that, so will uncharted 2 and god of war 3

you made a good argument, and it is true that the cheaper console will sell, but I'm pretty sure if the 360 drops to $150 the wii would make its own push and drop to the same price (I believe the Wii is a lot cheaper to make) and the 360 may actually lose some money doing that (Microsoft doesn't like that strategy) and the wii will still be getting sold out everywhere and at the same time they will be making profit...

to be honest all consoles are toys...do you not enjoy PLAYING GAMES (which is what gaming consoles are made for) or are you strictly up Microsoft's ass cuz they magically have sold more 360's than PS3's due to a 1 year head start and a $200 price difference between base models???

gamers don't care if their consoles are selling...they care if they have games to play and new ones coming out that's about it... sadly Microsoft has neither as of late

if you can stick out the controls in RE5 then u'll understand why the game is a good step forward from RE4 (not a great step)...but the hype for some games does end up hurting them a lot more...did Haze really deserve a 4/10?? looll I doubt it...the hype factor ends up killing review scores most of the time (except for GTA4...wayyyy too overrated)...
God of War 2 was hyped up to be PS2's greatest game...and in my opinion it was...and now God of War 3 is going to be put in the sam...

if anyone were to take over the duke nukem project it would most likely be EA, i doubt epic will invest in that game...anyways I just hope that someone picks it up...this is a cash cow waiting to happen
