WoW to call this game an average shooter is just... ignorant frankly, System Shock is consider one of the greats, right up there with Half life. Bioshock is already getting high 90's which usually indicates a not so average shooter.
As for this rumor, anythings possible, but if the game comes out in like May then i don't really care, it'll be like Haze the game will be forgotten by then.

Also if we're really going to use their numbers, go and check their Europe and Aus numbers, the Ps3 and 360 are pretty much dead even. The big difference is japan where the PS3 got a boost from Hot Shots golf, but i think it'll do the same thing as the 360, big game comes out, console sales spike for a few weeks and then the Wii anally dominates it again...

Soul Cal is hands down the best fighting game, then if your going with the hardcore crowd, VF5, then its a tie between DOA and Tekken, neither take a whole lot of skill to win. I always just play paul and do his Phoenix punch. down back strong bunch combo= 70 of health gone!

The Core, Premium and Elite Falcons will have a redesigned motherboard which includes HDMI across all SKUs,
this does make sense, since the Halo 3 SKU has an HDMI port its logical that they may extend that out, why wouldn't you just use those HDMI cases since your already making them.

ya until i see some kind of real proof of this I am talking this as 100% rumor.
However the Core does only account for less then 20% of people, and if they just dropped the 20 gig HD down to like 40 bucks and dropped the 120 gig then their prob wouldn't be that big of a thing.
I don't see the 4 million PS3 owners complaining that their all going to have to buy the rumble controller for like 60 or 70 bucks to play rumble games.
