Oh ya right now The first half of 2008 is PS3 land, Killzone 2, MGS4, and LBP, all before June. But after that? the 2008 holiday season will be something to see.

just for everyones info PS3 sales in NA fell another 11% this week and 360 went up 5, bringing the distance to less then 4000 without the 360 doing anything
or until the price drop happens, and their big titles come out

it doesn't even look realistic, Cryteck even said they didn't have a console version in the works, and frankly if they had box art done they would have something out about it.
It doesn't even have a logo, and the Mass Effect crap is in the back
I think the logic is this.
They won't really tick off the early adopters because those people, like me don't care really about HD, and the cord is good enough.
It won't make the Elite people angry because they have the best.
But it will be like hey new and improved 360, cooler stuff, its more quiet and it comes with an HDMI port to be there if your tv allows it.

It doesn't mean Apple has DX10, it means that people can now duel boot Windows on their mac and have a GFX card that works.
i thought Joystiq was taking a stab at MS, but then the only person who looses here is the person who does this. Mac wins because people buy their computers at a big price hike. MS windows wins cause these guys still have to buy Vista to play them ,and MS doesn't care what computer your using. And ATI wins cause people buy these GFX cards.
because its a vast minority that has a sound system that can take advantage of that.
and this tech is why DvD will be fine for this gen, Mega textures allow you to have that kind of detail at 500 megs instead of 5 gigs
ya Peter always over promises and doesn't have the time to finish it or the money, but this is his first title as a MGS developer, so we'll see if the extra resources and time pan out.
