I'm just gonna put this here, disagrees or whatever are welcome but this is the truth and you don't even need to be much of a tech head to get it either.
Ok so PS4 and Xbox One both happen to have very similar hardware other than the RAM. Considering they share the same CPU and GPU but one has better clock speeds this whole article becomes lies. Clock speeds can only be negated through the addition of more cores and multi threading. Since the parts are the same this i...
If music like this is replaced by over the top stuff it's going to ruin the entire feel.

The setting and music worked together to create a magical atmosphere, and if this gets EA'd out of the game I'm gonna build a ME logo-shaped ninja death star just for Riccitiello
Actually I'm gonna put myself out there like cannon fodder now and outright admit it. Dark Souls had a pretty large number of generic enemies too and only a few that really stood out.
Gaping Dragon
Ceaseless Discharge
Seath and Quelaag may just about make it in, but there's still a lack of craziness to the enemies. Even the multi-eyed standard enemy near Bed of Chaos was more interesting than a number of the bosses.
Yeah definitely get the Giant's Armor. I actually just finished a playthrough where I tore the last boss a new one, he was hardly even clocking in much damage, and neither was any other boss for that matter.
Mask of Mother
Giants Armor
Giants Gauntlets
Giants Leggings
Greatsword of Artorias
Greatshield of Artorias (which will spend all of its time on your back in most boss fights)
I promise you that combo w...
Usually I'd agree but Keighley is pretty much a walking curse. When he says there's something be excited about it usually means there is nothing to be excited about.
Your right it will be awesome by default, but that just makes this the first time Keighley can actually be right about what to look forward to.
I'd say Alice actually handled the hair better than this tech demo. In this video the rendering is extremely good, but the physics don't behave even remotely like hair.
Personally I'd say the Luminous Engine's hair based tech demo's actually looked better, not to mention how quick and easy it is to tweak.

Actually Spielberg is only producing not directing, so realistically this gives it even more chance of sucking since a number of shows he produced have been fairly abysmal.
That's a load of crap DoctorStrange. I just read over the link and there's absolutely no mention of the line you quoted. The actual line is as follows.
"Remotely access your PS3 from your PS Vita and enjoy particular games and services when you're away from your TV."
That sounds pretty clear to me that it's NOT all of them, rather than marketing hyperbole
That really depends. See PS4 games will be streaming many Gigabytes of data in a go, much much more than can be streamed directly to Vita.
This data will first need to be compressed very heavily from the PS4 and uncompressed partially on the Vita's end.
Basically It's gonna be hard to say without testing it, But as a guess, I'd expect it to require slightly better speeds than what you need to stream HD video efficiently as it seems like a good tar...
True, however the emulator is likely chucking on a bunch of effects that most devs would never dream of using anyway. If you look at some of the other screens the character models are also strangely elongated in the screens from PCSX2, it's likely when they were taken there was a lot more than just AA in use on the emulator
This is the exact same news that has been on here since this morning. How has this not been reported as a duplicate?
Really cool sounding tech. I always assumed these were only getting used for movies but it seems like it could make a good replacement to Mo-cap for games
Whilst I agree that it isn't overly complex, a lot of the last half of the article mentions how we can play it closer to the originals too. If she can appease the action fanbase and make a better SC game then Conviction I'd be interested.
I'm pretty sure the PS4 would also be pushing those framerates if you were using it to play current gen games on next gen technology.
Let's see just how well current PC's do when ray tracing and such things become the standard. I know my GTX 580 would probably be looking at 30 FPS and maybe even a resolution drop.
I'm just gonna commend your bravery
I'm not saying there's nothing wrong with the site, but AVG is a POS. My experience with it led to it missing multiple viruses and reporting lots of healthy files as infected too.
Edit: Just virus scanned it a few times and it seems clean on my computer
It depends. You can have the playstation automatically adjust to the best resolution that the game or tv can perform or you can have it force available resolutions.
If you haven't dabbled with it then it will most likely adjust itself automatically. Most tv's will show you the resolution it's displaying at briefly as the game boots anyway as it has to switch from the native 1080p used for the dash.
Either way the pricing is messed up. Look at Shopto in the UK
http://www.shopto.net/video...
That works out at about 460 Euros. This price is way over even for an early price
This may be a bit harsh, but whatever gets his sensationalized rubbish off the net would be appreciated.
PS. I know a bunch of gamers also like him, that's fair enough, He just isn't for me, hence the opinion. Not to mention it's intended as humor before anyone takes it seriously (is it not sad that we have to put this sometimes on N4G?)

I stand corrected, it seems the CPU's are likely to be identical, however the GPU's are slightly different. I was under the assumption that both GPU's were the same but that one had less cores available for games.
Regardless it still favors the opposing console leaving them with the edge, negat...
