Star Ocean 4 will be multi for sure considering that it won't sell well on the 360. It seems that MS is trying real hard to secure jrpg on their platform this generation, but it's quite interesting to see that people in asia don't give a rat as* about the 360 still. XD May be they know that all these jrpg will make its way to the ps3 eventually?

Halo 3, just like gta4, is overated and many hardcore gamers prefer the ps3, as demonstrated by how 360 is last place in Europe and Japan/Asia.
It's like saying gears2 will be comming to the ps3. Seriously, sony would not allow mgs4 to be ported to the 360 under any circumstances. Simple as that. Only Mgs2 was on the xbox, but Kojima was not part of it and it is plagued with bugs and horrble sales.
Also Kojima is like the pearl of Konami and he does have a say in the company. How about itagaki who makes ng2 for the 360 exclusively? If it's not him the franchise will be on the ps3 already.

I have play both portion of halo 2 and 3 and they are surely overated. They are alright but definitely don't deserve a 10.

I don't think ng2 will sell much in NA either, as it is not vastly popular over there as well. Namco will bring ng 2 sigma to the ps3, but I doubt most ps3 fans will care it either.
Final Fantasy? Metal Gear Solid? Resident Evil??? Soul Caliber? Smash brothers? Don't talk out of your anus please, and sales don't translate into quality. Gta4 got perfect score and crazy sales but it is way overated.
If so4 is exclusive, then MS would be touting it already; The fact is that it is multiplatform.
