Only on 360 =/= timed exclusives. I have seen lots of people who regrets buying a 360 just for TOV after finding out that it is not actual exclusive. Same applies to ninja gaiden and bioshock.
If it is NOT an actual exclusive, don't stick the "only on 360" logo on the case. You don't see Sony's doing this.
Is anyone surprised after what MS has done all these years? Slapping the "logo on 360" on a number of timed-exclusive games to mislead consumers, sending a "xbox360 love you" boat to disrupt the ps3 launch...etc.
So far it looks alright..but not interesting enough for me to pay full attention to. I will have to see some more gameplay videos to make further judgment.

The game blows..but they people buy bad games so this may not be a bad move after all.
If Turn 10 didn't use bribe, they would have even looked more pathetic.
As GT said, Sony is loaded with exclusive games and so it should have won. Good choice GT.
