There's always emulation. The only MGS game you can't emulate (yet) is 4.
Have you played the PC version of Max Payne 3? The optimization on that game is amazing. Not only does it run flawlessly on my current PC, but my old toaster ran it at a nice 30-40 FPS and this was a very low end toaster. If the GTA V port is anything like that, I'd say these specs are pretty realistic.

Doesn't this defeat the whole point and popularity of Minecraft? Making a linear story based game for a game that is about exploration and creativity? I personally don't see the point except to make more money.
