yeah i got free dynamic themes and demos from eu & jp also. DLC is region locked though so jp dlc won't work with the na version but this isn't a problem though for me.

sony doesn't ban people for getting free games from other regions,i've gotten many from eu and japan myself. those people who were banned should not buy another xbox and go to playstation.

The PS4 has a 500gb 2.5 inch laptop Hdd and you can switch it out for a bigger one,same as with PS3.
yes you will be able to play mp3 files on your ps4 and custom soundtrack them in your games.rip your cds on your pc first then transfer with a usb stick.

I would buy the current gen version if i wasn't planning on getting a ps4 or xbone right away. you'll enjoy bf4 just as much as bf3 on ps3 or 360,same goes with nfs rivals and hot pursuit. plus with that next gen upgrade deal,no worries about buying it and just upgrade a while later. i may not buy it right away myself.

you make some good points but it wouldn't get that crazy. no one would buy a standard copy for those prices and money still talks. the market still dictates price even in a full digital environment.
There is a reason actually within the first 6 months at least. it's to not not undercut retail partners who sony and ms depend on to sell their systems,games. other products.
