You support the devs by the original purchase but buying used doesn't hurt them like some make it out to be. only in the game industry do you see this. maybe some in the movie industry but they're alot more concerned over piracy. Buying a used car doesn't hurt car makers and you won't hear an outcry against used car dealers that they're hurting car makers. I'm sure these other industries would love to force you to buy new every time.
the 3ds may be a litle weaker but it isn't no slouch in graphics,look at resident evil revelations. ds & 3ds sells cause it has great games and offers an experience different from consoles. I like the vita but it needs a game to sell it. so far the biggest reason to get on is to remote play ps4 games,which is awesome but it needs more of its own games.
they don't need to add anything to the story,it was great as is,adding to it would tarnish it. they can add other things and bonus stuff which is all i want.
@wiz since he deals with them as a professional it person, his experience would be a bit different. but he cite his times as customer also. a company like ms would naturally be nicer to customers on the line than the it guys.
trenton said they're making them as fast as they can.it'll be around 3 million at christmas time if production goes well enough. the fiscal year ends march 31st so 5 million is doable if demand keeps pace.
yeah toshiba is the odd man out just like sony was during the vhs vs beta format wars. ms supported hd-dvd over bluray but toshiba suffered a more public setback from it since they were more vocal about it.
those 9 aren't all equal partners,sony has a bigger stake and say in matters. they were the formats biggest cheerleader and the most active in making it. the others mostly gave support by making players for it.
I would buy a Wiiu for a new Zelda,metroid, and 3d Mario. I never played smash bros. but it's one i can see getting.
It's true Wiiu isn't doing well but ninty did this to themselves and people weren't fooled. Wiiu could've been made more powerful but instead they decided to put out a console with just a marginal increase over ps3&360. I hope their next system is true next gen and not dependant on gimmicks like the gamepad. Hopefully their online system and store will be alot better next time around.
people were saying that about ninty regarding their n64 and gamecube systems. but their ace in the hole has been it's GBA,DS&3DS systems which literally prints money for them.
That's cool,i've enjoyed waiting in line at my local gamestop on some game launches. yeah i would have a smart phone and a vita with me for sure.

i liked the versus name since it stood against what ff13 was. so them keeping that "A World of the Versus Epic" tagline was kinda cool.
whats phony is that award, there are many,many more deserving companies. now if you just stay in within the games industry then a case could be made.
i would love a new parasite eve game,i even bought that last game on psp. i would wanna see one like the first game but the others were enjoyable.
buying money doesn't help you level up, you still have to play for that. money packs will get you nice properties faster is all.
