Just wondering how long you've had them to call them "durable"? As for my personal experience, I've had them over 2 years and do not find them durable. (see above post) They were fine for a while, but that frame just did not hold up. I still enjoy them though.
Too much mud sounds like the Taco Bell effect.
I have the gold. I like them. They're not incredibly high end but a good entry point into 7.1 that won't set you back a few hundred like some higher end ones. My biggest issue is the flimsy frame. It cracks so easily. I try my hardest to take good care of them, never drop them or not too abrupt with them. I still find them getting tiny stress cracks in it that I've had to cover with tape. The sound is still good though.

@Adrian_v01 Seriously? With that single button combat? It doesn't have to be turn based. But this combat was boring as heck.
I started just running past enemies, I got so bored with the combat. Man, how this series has fallen. Square Enix cares more about maximizing profits by hitting the broadest demographic possible. They're scared if they go too RPG it will limit their sales. I remember when I used to get so excited wih every new Final Fantasy game. Memories.

... speak for yourself, Pachter. I'm in my mid-30's. I'm buying Ratchet and Clank day one, for myself. Of course buying Uncharted 4 day one as well.
I hate how he writes off Ratchet and Clank as a kids only game.
@admiralvic Exactly. I have a wife, a career, a life. I don't drop it all to finish a game. There have been many times where I started to play a game, stopped, and went back to it 6+ months later. Case in point, I JUST finished the Driveclub Platinum trophy at the beginning of this month, but I've had the game since launch.
This is nonsense to go by trophy percentages. My Diablo III Platinum only had a few percent for the longest time, but it has been steadily growing. Hitman episode 1 has only been out for 16 days.
