I completely agree with you. One point however is that Playground Games HAS confirmed they've opened a second studio and are working on an open world title completely outside of the racing (Forza Horizon) genre. They said it's completely outside of their realm, so they're hiring as many of the most talented staff (around 200) in that genre to make it happen.

I'm pretty stoked about playing Halo on the PC for the first time since Halo 1. (well, besides Halo 5 Forge)

Play Anywhere still is the best thing XBox has done this gen. Don't need the system since I already had the hardware. Now, can't wait for the PS4 conference to see real exclusives in action. Can't wait to see TLOU2 in particular.

Wow. So that's what acid feels like.

My prediction: Detroit: Become Human, God of War, Monster Hunter World to headline the PS4 selection. /s

The only one that I really enjoyed as a Rare/Microsoft IP was Kameo.

I enjoyed Viva Piñata for a bit. It did have a charm, an appeal, but for some reason couldn't maintain my interest for any substantial amount of time.

Maybe if we wait long enough, they'll come back to their senses. I'd really like to see the series turn around from the trash fire cluster**** that was the last one, I really would. I have fond memories of both Star Oceans back in the PS1 days.

I made it about 1/3 of the way into this video before I got too bored and turned it off.

The last one I bought was Infinite Warfare Legacy Pro Edition. The one that was like $130, only bc it was on sale for $50. Still haven't touched Infinite Warfare & put maybe less than 10 hours into Modern Warfare Remastered. (which is the main reason I jumped on it).

Geez. The series is so stale.

I also can't wait til Stardew Valley FINALLY gets released on Vita this year. I already own it on PS4, so I'll get it for free since it's crossbuy. It's a time sink game which really lends itself to mobility, so aside from the Switch version, in my opinion it will be the second best place to play it. The slimmer Vita actually fits in my pocket though. (had to replace my older fatter Vita after I dropped and killed it.)

I also forgot to mention that I still u...

Well Tyler, now we know that UCForce has been your alt. Lol, you let it slip with your copied words.

But yea, you know I love my Vita. You see me on it a lot. I really don't have a lot of gaming time these days for my consoles, but I can always grab the Vita for some quick game sessions.

I've loved some games. There were some great exclusives, even some that people don't mention like Little Big Planet Vita, Toukiden (before it went PS4 also)...

Haha. Oh man, I still remember having some buddies over for a game night in high school. We went to Blockbuster... "Oh man, Superman!". Got home, "WTF is this?" Some of us laughed hysterically. Some just blank stared. My one friend Shane was determined to get all those damn rings. We left him there with the game.

Dude, Quake Champions? I've enjoyed the beta.

But yea, I'd like to see a story driven one also.

Yea, moving into the Fractured But Whole is a whole lot less painful now... on the wallet. I think I may finally jump in.

I didn't even realize this ever came out. I remember them talking about it after The Order. Everybody was like 'huh'? I was willing to try it out... but honestly never realized it came out!

The Order is not as bad as so many people say it is. There are certain games that come out that you play and you say, "Okay, this is decent... I can really see the potential in it. I bet they could do something a lot better with it in a sequel". That's how I fee...

Pete Hines, senior vice president of communications for Bethesda, Rage’s publisher, tweeted, “This is why we can’t have nice things.” and posted the Walmart Rage 2 image. Lol, he's just throwing his hands up and saying "Yep. You caught us. Bast**ds."

Rage 1 wasn't the greatest, but I still had fun. I could certainly see a lot of potential for it if they were to ever make a sequel, so I'm glad to hear they are! Should be awesome on more powerful hardw...

Colecovision kids unite! That was my earliest gaming memories with my Dad. I was probably around 3 or 4, the earliest I can remember. ('83-'84) He bought an Atari 2600 also at a garage sale, but Colecovision was already more advanced at that time. Coleco really was my system until the Nintendo hit!

Btw, Einhander, love your username! Einhänder was such an incredible game and seriously hasn't gotten any love for rerelease. One of Square's (mostly) forgo...

Yes, I'd love to hear more on that! Michael Ancel (creator of Beyond Good & Evil, Rayman and Wild) last updated January of last year, saying it was still in production. Problem is, he's still lending help to Ubisoft on Beyond Good & Evil 2 while still working on Wild with his independent studio, Wild Sheep Studio. (to be published by Sony)

So yea, it COULD fit into the 3rd party lineup. I sure hope so.

"Rare Video Games You’ll Never Get To Play"

That's a very assumptive title. I was 14, almost 15 when the Virtual Boy was released. Every time I went to the mall, they had a Virtual Boy set up, playable (in my case, it was mostly at Sears. I think Babbages had one too). I played most all of the titles, as they rotated them. (which weren't that many) Gave me a headache.

Title should be changed to "Rare Video Games You'll Probably ...

Yea camel_toad & Arargifeels, I completely agree. Their cel shaded engine still looks roughly like the Ultimate Spiderman game on PS2 and the original XBox, except in full HD of course. That was released in 2005. 13 years ago.

Lol! How did this game get the Steam greenlight? I watched the video, it's so laughably bad! Actually, I kind of want to play it now, sort of like with the enjoyment of laughing at a bad movie. XD
