This game was a laughing stock, what a joke. It's such a terribly dumb story, that is boring to play. Even FF7R and the crap changes to the story looks better compared to this. At least that game was fun, and the characters were likable.

Microsoft feels like they've just been running around buying talent, so this news isn't surprising. Still waiting to see how some of these studio's pan out. Their track record with their bought studios isn't great.

No, Hades isn't in the same league as TLOU2, because TLOU2 is crap, while Hades is far from it. Even if you remove Hades from the equation there're so many other games that out do it in every way. Yea, Doom Eternal has a better story then the last of us 2, no joke.
They're gonna make a adaptation of 1 sure, but you can bet no one will touch 2 (at least, not without heavy changes).

Your right, this game WAS really boring. It's an example of someone making it and thinking their smart or saying something profound...but painfully stupid in so many aspects story wise.
Abby was more likable then ellie....and most other characters in the game at least. I wouldn't have minded an abby game...with a different story, cus her story sucked too lol
Maybe anime fans like me are used to sifting through crap to get to the good stuff. Which is what this game is, worthless crap. Only difference is the first game was actually great.

Thats surprising, maybe every else put the options for colour blind people on and plowed through the story like i did. Maybe people wanted to see how bad it would get.
First and foremost, i'm a PlayStation fanboy. I've never owned an Xbox and never will. The first TLOU was great, and i recall the show/movie being announced before 2 ever came out. 2 is complete crap.
Second, I dunno why your talking about Hades, but it has, better gameplay, better story, better characters, better acting, better music and has more charm then TLOU2 will ever have.

Even as an action game it's lacking. Like you said it's built on a great game of it's time, but doesn't do much different and just feels like you've done it all before. Story and characters are also really stupid.
