It amuses me that there are so many ports and various versions of RE4 that a list such as this - a Top 5 best ports of the same game - can exist 😂
And it may start over once the remake comes 🤟
The stuff of dreams ❤😭
Absolutely loved Downpour.
Got it! Cheers man!! :D
Since it's Red Dead Redemption 2, it's clearly got ties with the first game and not a separate story (I.e. Revolver).
It's surely going to be about John's gang during the golden years of the West; the guy one right from centre is clearly Bill Williamson and a few of em look like they could be Marston or perhaps Dutch, so it's likely to be a story around their glory days I'd say. Maybe you won't helm Marston though, but another gang member. Or per...
I think some kind of Western setting. Beautiful and varied landscapes, horses, trains, wagons, wide selection of weapons (revolvers, rifles, shotguns, bows, canons, dynamite, blades etc.), maybe a lasso mechanic, eccentric characters as usual (though maybe a more mature tone rather than outright ridiculous would suit better)...the list of potentials goes on!
Some story about lost gold, clashes with gangs, the law and the natives...but all with a polished Farcry spin on it...
I assume that whilst the specific location and events that occur in the demo won't be in the main game, elements such as the Family Man and the video tape system and such will be present in the full release. I don't think it will be the case that absolutely nothing in the teaser makes it into the full release.
I usually don't comment anything negative, but this article is really poor. Terribly written, ridiculous amount of repetition and an extremely weak argument overall.
All the original style titles. I completely agree.
Code Veronica often seems forgotten about but it's an amazing addition to the series and really should have been given the '4' moniker, since it actually advanced the main characters' story and brought Wesker back. What did the actual Resi 4 do? If anything, that one felt more like a spinoff.
Yeah same issue here. White screen with the audio playing. Chrome as well.
Star Wars: Masters of Teras Kasi.
Got home from my grandma's and my old man said he'd bought us a present. Walked into my living room and my brother was getting his Jedi ass handed to him by Chewbacca, ha. I didn't even know what the Playstation was, but I wanted a go!
This game was critically hated but I'll always have fond memories of it.
The Last of Us bagging animations look hilarious, and people fume about it xD our group and I had a range of em for variety: the classic bag, the full-motion bag (long and deep), the rapido bag and so forth xD
Also, it can be amusing to dance on player bodies in Destiny, as opposed to just bagging.
I never do it first, but if they do it to begin with I'm prepared to go full-on bag mode.
This 6gb no doubt includes a large portion of House of Wolves content, just like the update prior to Dark Below (the actual download of which was tiny in comparison). That way House or Wolves will be a far smaller update come release.
It's all about Facing Worlds from Unreal Tournament, baby!
This was exhausting to even watch! Doom on roids, man! Absolutely incredible looking mod.
Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD.
By a freakin' mile.
Looked like a solid ps3 title instead of the original xbox game that it was.
Ridiculous increases in polygon counts, texture resolution and audio bit rate, new extras and easter eggs as well as overhauls to menus and the like.
Side by side, it blows pretty much any other remaster I have seen or played out the water. Big time.
Crash Team Racing all the way, man. Frantic, anything goes kart racing with a ton of unlockables, secrets and gaming myths (spending hours trying to unlock Oxide by beating his ghosts, anyone??)
I still play this with my mates now on ps3. The one benefit would be wireless controllers and no damn multitap ;D
I just finished Chapter 5 and, up to now, it's been everything I hoped for.
Resident Evil is one of my all time favourite series but none have ever 'scared' me. The only games I ever felt hesitant to get back on and play were Amnesia and, back in the day, Doom 3. Classic survival horror games I find tense and atmospheric, but never scary. The Evil Within is much the same.
It's got a good mix of slow, creepy moments and frantic, tense battles w...
Ha, I like that.
My biggest gripe is with the controls (general movement/running/turning), which I too am finding exceptionally clunky and sluggish when in the heat of combat, especialy compared to the other recent remakes of RE2 and RE3. ACG also noted the "stiff" control present. This has caused me some frustration during certain encounters. I've come straight from the Dead Space Remake which, to me, had much tighter and more responsive control overall, and I'm really noticing it in RE4. ...
