Well, in truth most gaming systems go through a rough spot at launch... Anyone remember the first year on the PS3? Not allot for it, but now look at it.
Just give it some time.
My problem with Activision is that they could take chances with new IP's. But all they do is make Guitar Hero, Tony Hawk, CoD and make money off of WoW.
They HAVE the money to throw into new IP's and could get allot of gamers on their side if they did.
But alas they just make the same games year after year.
I agree with this article. A gamer is a gamer, I treat them all the same (Which generally is like crap) I have played games with males and females, and its still the same game, I am not so desperate that I want to try to sweet talk some random girl in a random online game.
Really, it's kind of sad to see it happen, and I have cussed out people for doing that... it detracts from the game, and that's not why we are playing the game. We play it for fun not to find girls,...
I do think it is funny, no one seems to remember Guilty Gear or Blazblue when writing anything about a fighting game. It's almost like Arc System Works doesn't exist to them.
They also forgot King of Fighters.
Fighting games don't really need to 'evolve' as a genre, they just have to keep the variety and not get like the FPS market, where everything is a clone of the next.

Actually, BlazBlue has a very good story to it. I was floored, it has more plot twists then some RPG's I have played.
If they give me full party control I wouldn't mind it. So long as Versus XIII comes out first!

Ong Bak 2 I liked... Because of the last fight. lol, I watched Ong Bak 3 on netflix, but that was horrible! A martial arts movie without fighting!

There are still games due out. Gravity Rush next month, Mortal Kombat just came out, most consoles do suffer 'dry spells' at, and a little after launch. It is normal. Just have to wait it out in truth, and buy the games that are interesting to you.

So with you using five points, try to use ten paragraphs, overall, just make it longer, more like the articles you read around the internet.
