Sony makes mistakes too. Why can't you just accept this fact?
I will be so angry and upset if The Horizon is the new Order/Knack/Godzilla/No man's Sky
Nope. Inform me of a JRPG on the level of Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy VI/VII/IX that released this year.
I think a lot of reviewers wanted to give it a similar score to this, but were worried of the backlash from fanboys. It's sad really that people's opinions get censored like that.
Goldyn Abyss was aight
No, the games are fine. Just finished Uncharted 2 on crushing and it's still a fantastic game. No need for a movie to ruin the legacy.
Crash Bandicoot is owned by Actitivision though
Make Ps Plus + XBL optional. Putting online gameplay behind a paywall is just absurd. The worst business practice in the industry for sure.
I think we need to stop with videogame movies. They just don't work well.
Yeah, but it doesn't change anything. The point still stands
And any game could get a sequel in the future. The market changers and so do the games that gamers want. Th fact that DLC was cancelled during development (Dart and Abe) and the studio who developed the game were closed down shortly after the release probably indicates that, no, allstars isn't getting a sequel any time soon.
"Hopefully Playstation gamers put their money where their mouth is. Don't want a repeat of last gen where Sony released lots of great games (Resistance 3, Sly4 etc) and noone except me and 2 others bought them."
Point out the part of this post where I state that I don;t want Sony to make new IPs.
Well if you look at the games I mentioned previously: Resistance 3, Sly 4, Allstars none of these have had sequels or nay pending follow ups that we know of. This shows that Sony are willing to stop a franchise if it under perform sales wise.
Now yes, they are releasing new IPs and fresh franchises like Gravity Rush, Nioh and Horizon, but these titles are totally different genres to the prior mentioned game that failed. Sony are bothering because they must think that peopl...
None of this is relevant and the entire post is off topic. You're getting too personal.
I do understand. Which is why I was able to use examples in my posts to illustrate my point, unlike you.
Difference is though I'm referring to the exclusives that were released from 2011-2013, when Sony picked themselves up and their software release schedule was jam pakced. Games like Little big planet kart, Playstation Allstars, Sly 4, were all released one after the other, some not being marketed well and other just getting lost among bigger exclusives or multiplats.
The upcoming year seems to be a similar case in terms of a full exclusive release schedule. The example...
Ummm, so you're telling me games like Resistance 3, Sly 4, Playstation Allstars etc not selling as much as they should have is not the truth? Pretty sure that happened int he real world.
I was talking in past tense. You can't know for sure about 2017 until it has happened.
Both Final Fantasy XV and Last Guardian were good, but were flawed and did not garner the critical acclaim to match the years of hype built around them
Regardless whether you find it positive or negative, it's the truth.
Hopefully Playstation gamers put their money where their mouth is. Don't want a repeat of last gen where Sony released lots of great games (Resistance 3, Sly4 etc) and noone except me and 2 others bought them.
Why are you, and anyone else for that matter, getting angry over potential mistakes Sony could make in the future? The site is doing nothing wrong; these issues could easily occur in 2017 and beyond.
