This trend is really strange. I mean, first we have Brett Favre on the cover of Madden flat out saying he doesn't play the game and practically can't stand it.
Now we have a guy that pranced around in his underwear saying that he simply can not allow himself to play a video game because he lacks the self control needed to pull himself away????
I am so fed up.
Yeah, maybe. But the more I look at that photo, the more I realize that the gun is the best part of the cosplay. The girl isn't that impressive.
How the hell is she carrying that F'n thing??
It seems like this game could be what Spidey fans have been waiting for.
Where is the proof that this is shopped? Please show me? Many sites, including AOL's Joystiq and Gawker's Kotaku are reporting this rumor as well.
You "Photoshop experts" should be presenting your case a little clearer before dismissing something clearly being submitted as a rumor.
I really hope this is true, otherwise it is a total waste of a great idea for SC4.
You realize that Ripten didn't conduct the survey right? They are only reporting on the information from the survey. Did you even read the piece?
Also, if you subscribe to Game Informer, and you think that their journalistic integrity is sub par, then you are the one that sounds like the fool.
Well, the poll didn't ask about the price, it asked about the overall experience.
I have my stoneskin on, it should protect me.
@Violater
The headline caught your attention, so it appears that the attempt was successful.
I have to agree with you. They cant cite the lack of press, because the entire damn thing was press.
No pure "gamers" were allowed in, and last I checked most gamers don't have lavish means to get the word out about games, so I think this reasoning is BS.
This is like a slap in the face to E3 and the ESA.
I think that is their ego speaking.
I think that the "whore" aspect refers to you allowing them to fill your body with advertisements in exchange for the beta.
gee, i wonder.......
In this instance though, Bungie became a casualty of MS's ego. I wonder if this had more to do with Square wanting the spotlight.
It's a great game but I think the point of the article is that their BS excuse is transparent. I mean if you think about it, they are essentially giving a reason that Bungie can't get mad about publicly even if we all know it is crap.
They are saying "oh Bungie and Halo are sooooo great that we didn't want to make them suffer the small stage of E3."
Ok so what does that make FF, Gears, etc. I am sure that makes them feel really nice. They don't care because...
HAHAHA!! Bubble for you. That made me laugh out loud. Thank you.
I don't understand why developers single out the US first, and I live there. I think games should be evenly dispersed across all areas.
Agreed. This game looks very impressive.
I agree pwnsause. This trend is really strange. I mean, first we have Brett Favre on the cover of Madden flat out saying he doesn't play the game and practically can't stand it.
