The Pro lowest resolution is 1296P for Battle front 2 so it will look good on 1080p but won't on 4K TV. The X lowest resolution for BF2 is 1800p so it will look great on 4K TV and the supersampling will look better than the Pro on 1080p TV too due to the higher resoultion being downsample. The X Beast is the best console for any and every TV.

I don't have a PC that can play this but I'm glad it is acclaimed. I will have to play it on 12/12 on my X to see what the fuss is about.
The article did also say dynamic resolution can reached the peak of 3840×2160 on the X but the max peak on the PS4 Pro is only 1440p plus the X have better textures. That is not subtle.
My 4K TV requires the best console version to reach its full potential, so the Xb1X BF2 is the winner here and Red Dead Redemption 2 and Far Cry 5 will also be best played on the X. 👍🏼

Well, for last week in the UK at least, it not only trails FM7 in sales but the 1 year old Forza Horizon 3 too! I think GT is not the powerhouse that it once was. The online dependency, no GT career mode, lack of contents and the review scores were also huge factors in it's decline.
The main drawback of the PS4 Pro on 1080p TV is that it doesn't automatically downsample the higher resolution for every game to 1080p as the developer needs to enable it. So if you are a 1080p TV owner, the vanilla PS4 might still be the better option.
WOW, GT Sport got outsold by FM7? Who would have thought. Unexpected but I guess the review scores and no offline GT mode affected it.

With a bigger install base, more popular franchise, and the fact this is the first GT game on PS4....there is no excuse or it to finished behind Forza 7 in it's launch month, regardless of when it was released.
The SNES Classic was supply constraint and hard to find too so for it to be the second best selling console in Oct is kind of unexpected.

It'll cost $1500 for any of these consoles to reach high-end PC settings. At 1/3 the cost, the XB1X is your best bet for console gamers looking for 'close' high-end PC experience though.
Indies are indeed important but not all indies are created equal. Ori and Cuphead are fine examples of indies done right.
