Judging from both consoles sales, aside from Japan they are almost always neck and neck, other than NA where the Xbox has been having a large edge for a while.
If Kinect cant boost the Xbox's sales, Im sure the PS3 will end up selling more by the end of this gen because of Blu ray functionality, not by alot though; and the fact that if Kinect doesnt continue its beastly sales, MS will announce a new console before the PS4 is announced.

Sucky thing about DLC is that you can't wait for price drops or used copies like retail games, only random chances they'll have a sale... and knowing Activision, that won't be for a while.
I must be a minority on this site, but I still enjoy Guitar Hero over Rock Band.
Mainly because of the GH Tunes in it, where people make custom songs with all types of instruments and produce them so anyone can download them for free. Ive also become accustomed to the way GH looks, for some reason playing Rock Band notes feels awkward to me.
Rock Band itself is ahead in almost every other way though

Every other system has been hacked, and the PS3 is barely being hacked. Also, many people are going to be deterred by the fact some games that really utilize the BR Disc will take forever to download. I dont see whats so wrong about casual games to be honest, I think the only thing that defines hardcore and casual games is the depth of the game itself.
But still, a casual game can be challenging, and just as entertaining as hardcore games... will it last you for hours on end like a "hardcore" game? Maybe not, but fun is fun. I don't care where it comes from.
What do you mean by 3D in general?
Theres a difference between 3D in real life, and the 3D through glasses and 3D in the 3DS screen; because the 3D in those things are an optical illusion to your eyes, since the screen itself is flat.
All I hear about is UFC fights nowadays.
Doesnt extensive periods of time using the computer and watching TV in general do the same?
