My friend got mine for me. He was playing CoD4 online late one night on my xbox and I went to sleep. I woke up the next morning and he was still playing and that achievement was unlocked. Didn't even get to see him get it. So I guess I didn't actually earn it but it was on my profile.
Actually kind of pissed me off. I was looking forward to unlocking that one. He didn't even tell me he was gonna go for it. What a dick.
The most frustrating achievements are the ones that don't unlock . You do what's necessary but they just don't pop. Then you reload and try again, but still nothing. Most recent game that happened was 007 Blood Stone. 2 or 3 wouldn't pop up.
As for achievements as a whole, I have mixed feelings. There will be times where I am completely addicte to them and that's all I focus on. Other times I get burned out and focus strictly on gameplay. They can be fun but...
My personal overrated list includes Halo 3 and Gears 2. Those were two games that I waited hours upon hours in line waiting for midnight release and spent previous months reading about them online. I was highly disappointed with both. But then again that may be because I was expecting so much out of them. Maybe if I had gone in with low expectations they would have seemed better. Anyway, I haven't done midnight launches since then. I try not to get hyped about games, so I don't expect...
How can you say a game is overrated if you never played it? I mean I agree that Halo is but you've never played them, so how would you know. Just a guess?

Just split the time between both games. There's no telling if you will end up liking infamous 2 or not, so you may not play it all month.

I played killzone 3 with a 360 controller until I got to the part where you had to turn the wheel by tilting the controller. I just played with my ps3 controller from then on.

The only one that I will probably leave out is either Mercs 3 or Sly 4. The last Mercs I played just didnt do it for me.
I agree. It can be real fun at times but seem repetitive at other times. I would probably give it a 7. The voice acting was kind of awkward to me.
I haven't heard of 3 or 4. I didnt know anything Mass Effect related was coming out and the only thing Red Faction that I knew about was Armageddon.

I thought Red Dead was very good. While John Marston isnt one of the greatest characters of all time, he may of had one of the best voices.
he may be in the game but no way he has the lead role. everybody would have their TVs muted 10 minutes into the game.
It depends on whether they want more money or not. They could be buttholes and say Kinect doesn't work with the new xbox. Only Kinect 2 works and you have to buy a new one. I'm sure that won't happen.
I would say that will never happen because people aren't stupid enough to fall for that but...people are. They would rush out an buy the new one.
