To call Sony a sinking ship is dumb. Maybe the Playstation brand isn't as strong as it was say, 7 years ago but Sony, as a company, is ridiculously strong in my opinion. Their tv's alone would probably be enough to keep the company afloat, not to mention their music and movie studios. That's like saying that Microsoft would fail without the xbox.

I got married for the trophy and that's about it. My wife is very ineffectual and awkward. The entire marriage thing seems like a big afterthought and really is pretty pointless. The Lag, if anything, was actually worse for me after the patch yesterday. My game started freezing and hiccuping after like 2 hours instead of around 3 to 3.5-ish as before. I was super stoked when they said the patch was aimed specifically at long-term play problems but it literally has only made things worse for me.

I'm perhaps a little disappointed that people are bitching about the graphics of a minute and a half teaser trailer made from what I'm sure is a very early build of the game. Christ, you people.
As some others have mentioned above, the single player campaign for Black Ops was pretty dumb. In all honesty the main reason I'm buying MW3 is for the campaign...MW2's was really awesome and I want to finish the story.
Either you spend the $10 a pop on the DLC as it's released or you wait and buy the GOTY edition (or in this case Ultimate Edition). For some one like me whose wants to play the DLC but likes to have a hard copy of the things I buy this is awesome. The roughly extra $10 I'll pay is well worth the HDD space to me.
I recently downloaded the GTA III soundtrack and have been listening to Chatterbox over and over again. Chatterbox still holds up ridiculously well at the very least.

I have no regrets in buying a 3D tv at all...it is amazing. The only thing that stopped me from adopting the technology earlier was the price, which I assume is a major turn off for most people. Thankfully, Best Buy credit card with 36 months 0% APR + a sale on the tv I wanted = one happy PS3 gamer. I love it, it was well worth the money I paid in my opinion.
The 3D effect works really well if anybody was wondering. I was definitely impressed with how amazing SotC looks overall, but especially in 3D.
Yup, GOTY Edition is a day one purchase for me.
I had planned on buying a 3D set eventually but ICO/SotC Collection just kind of gave me the last little nudge I needed to take the leap. I'm very happy with my decision, the TV as a whole is amazing.
Well, compared to other 60" 3D LED tv's that is a really good price ha ha. Plus is came with 2 free pairs a glasses :D
Sweet, I got my platinum for Skyrim last week. Hooray Bethesda!! Even though the first patch they released was targeted specifically for "long-term play issues" and did nothing but disable resistances/weaknesses, this one will work just fine I'm sure though.
