Are you serious? This looks absolutely amazing. There are parts it seriously looks like a live action movie.
This game went from a 'must buy' to a 'definitely not gonna buy' in a matter seconds when I read about the monthly fee. I love Elder Scrolls games and playing one online with friends would be amazing but not for a monthly fee. Sorry, but it's not worth it. There will be too many other options for me to justify burning extra money on this specific game.
All I know is that I'm gonna stick with my OLED Vita and hope I never have to buy another one. I like the way it's put together, I like the screen, I like the grips on the back, I like the buttons. Obviously I have no clue how the new Vita will compare to the original one but it won't matter to me because I like the one I have now.
Other than Rockband, I could probably count on one hand how often I played a game splitscreen on my PS3. Even if it supported 200 controllers it wouldn't matter to some one like me anyways.
I still own Liberty City stories for my PSP but I never actually finished it. Here's my chance, yay!
I remember when I first got my PSP I paid over $100 for a 1Gb ProDUO memory card...which I had to pre-order and wait weeks for. I was actually not all that upset about paying over $100 for my 32Gb Vita card...and on day one no less. Would I had liked it to have been cheaper? Sure, but I knew the memory cards weren't cheap when I made my purchase, it's not a secret. If it's too expensive for you then don't buy one, I'll be over here playing my Vita.
I assumed this was going to be a joke article and give me a good chuckle...until I read it. Now I'm sad.
I just bought a Garnet red super slim...it should look super sweet right next to my shiny new PS4!!
I'm pretty sure my tv has 7 hdmi ports all over the place. It's also 3D so a splitter won't work anyways. My only concern coming up is how many more cables am I going to have to buy to hook everything up to my surround so it works properly. Hopefully just another digital cable but we'll have to see.
The no car customization thing is really a bummer for me. Earning money to improve my rides and tweaking settings is one of my favorite things in Gran Turismo. I know that Drive Club isn't a "simulator" per se but it's still somewhat disappointing.
Oh no, the mass murderer is upset because he isn't allowed a computer and a Playstation. Boo Hoo...you wanna know an easy way to get both of those things? Don't kill people, believe me, you can buy any number of things when you're not serving 7 consecutive life sentences in prison.
There is a very good chance that this will clean some of the dust off of my move controller and navi. I might even pick up Sports Champions 2 while I'm at it.
Play the Ico/SotC HD collection in 3D and tell me it isn't amazing. I love my 3D tv and if it is done well 3D is a great addition to games/movies. I wish more things took advantage of 3D.
This is a very, very sad announcement for the Socom community. I hope they (Sony) don't think that this will boost Socom 4 in any way by taking away the other options because it won't. Honestly, I haven't played any Socom for a while since 4 came out but the fact that the option to sit down for some good ol' SI/II will be gone is almost sickening. 10 years worth of usernames, clans, profiles and stats - my mid to late teenage years - gone in a instant with the flip of a swi...
Everything this guy said is what I pretty much expected GTA IV to be after San Andreas so he better be telling the truth for V.
Good luck dealing with Slant 6. With Socom Confrontation they talked some real good talk and did actually manage to fix some things but it got to a point where it seemed they pretty much just forgot about the game and moved onto something else. I liked the company for how much they seemed to want to make things right but they just couldn't pull it off.
"....yet mwahahahaha!!" -Sony
I really wish they would have included the original in this package. I'd wait another year for that.
I'm liking the game for sure so far. Except the goddamn electric cage matches. Super obnoxious. I honestly didn't expect anybody to give this game a high or even a decent score really...that's just the nature of the beat these days - anything not cookie cutter is usually looked down upon.
Mine is probably Socom 4.
Anybody who played Socom in it's prime on PS2 will not argue about how disappointing S4 was. After waiting years for a proper sequel by the devs of the original games and all of the community feedback that Zipper asked for and said they were listening to the game just turned out absolutely awful.
Zipper even got disbanded because of it's failure and in January, I think, Socom will officially be dead with the closure of the last 2 remainin...
