There is no gaming problem but there is a time management problem. I think educators should make time management a skill that must be learned instead of finding a scapegoat.
I recommend 'A Rumor of War'. It's a great read on the Vietnam War.
dchalfont you are totally right. True social interactions must happen with people actually present at the same place. People who interact with others in solitude via PC, phone, console, facebook, etc can still feel lonely while they interact with people.
JSRF was the sequel to Jet Grind Radio and it was exclusive to xbox. I haven't played JGR but totally loved JSRF. I couldn't stop playing once I started. I still have it and glad to have a 360 available to replay it when I want to.
No Elder Scrolls?
That's disappointing to hear.
I would only buy it if I can remain connected to PSN while playing PS2 games, trophies are enabled on some titles, if there are additional settings available that are not available on my PS2, and plug my memory cards in it. If it does just PS2 games I would just stick to using my PS2.
One of those is actually used for modeling and is quite useful because it gives you feedback by creating resistance.
PSone games can be played on both PS3 and PSP like FF7.
I guess this may have to on how they report their inventory in their balance sheets.
So people want homebrew applications on a console that can be done better and may already exist on PC? If I want a better browser I'll use my PC. If my console doesn't support a certain file type I'll use my PC.
MS spends a lot more money on advertising than R&D.
The TI-89 is my favorite, but an expensive calculator may not be the cheapest way to hack a PS3 unless you got one laying around.
I always thought stopping power was used way too often on weapons with a high fire rate and made it too easy to get kills. I still think it's ok with a sniper rifle since they should be a one shot one kill weapon.
Australia needs to respect the intellectual properties that come from other countries otherwise they will face a harder time securing intellectual properties from their country in other countries. Australia,a developed nation that contributes to all kinds of research, should act in Sony's favor.
potenquatro is right. I could understand many Spanish dialects just like I could understand many English dialects. The biggest difference is in the slang but they are still the same language when speaking formally. Some everyday language is different, but only in word choice. Some countries may have the preference to say 'that's great' where in another country they would say 'that's dear'.
They need to bring back flying. That was my favorite part.
XMB started with the PSX which was like a PS2 DVR system for Japan only. I'm not sure which existed first to be honest. They're both good ways to manage your media though.
What about casual people who want to download movies to their hard drive? Though, it would make more sense for them to subscribe to netflix, but some people have different habits.
PS3's Netflix has a search option.
