I didn't bother reading it, but did they flat-out say MW2 was better than U2?
That was pretty damn impressive. I can't wait til I get my hands on this.
You just can't stop self owning yourself can you.
On topic: For some reason I can kinda see Batman:AA surprising everyone.
Hopefully one of these teams will man up and make a new engine. Really would hate to see every new game with the same cod4 tech, not that I'm really interested in cod anymore.
The articles headline couldn't even save itself from a typo, so I'll say no.
The Twin Snakes was done on an entirely different engine along with cut scenes directed by someone other than kojima. Hell, konami wasn't even the developers Silicon Knight were. You should go back and see some screenshots.
I left some off and you picked the ones I would have added so bubs up.
You sure ps2 fans weren't talking about games. Since I was and am a PS2 fan I'll say that what MS needed was more games to stand up against SONY. Halo was it if you owned an Xbox and the other games were just thrown to the side. The one true gem on that system in my eyes was Phantom Dust and a sequel at this point seems impossible.
No doubt it will be awesome and a new Xenogears would be fap worthy.
I'd take a new fallout over them all and maybe a decent grandia or Skies of Arcadia.
Edit: I actually prefer JRPG's it's just that Fallout was the first Wrpg that really got me. Me wanting it more is just excitement for the possibilities, but truly FFvXIII is where my heart is.
It's what happens when you make sub-par games while your under the thumb of an evil corporate overlord. I'm sure they'll live on through some newly named studio, but if they keep the quality they won't go far.
Crystal balls are only tool you need when your a game journalist. Logic, facts and research are the tool of a hack. You didn't know this.
When has Pachter been right?
Ask the 360 fanbase. ;)
That would insinuate that SE had competent leadership, which if this gen has shown us anything, they surely don't.
I liked the dreamcast but it was a failure, so that logic doesn't really work.
Edit:@dup The fact that Sega was unable to support it only reinforces the fact that it was a failure. It wasn't bringing in the money and the PS2 seemed like a better system which tells me it failed to sell games and failed to stay relevant which in summations is failure.
I'm so mad at Sony for spending perfectly good marketing dollars on stupid "games". I much rather watch high quality commercials than play high quality games.
The only time I talk to friends on the phone is to see if their ready to go out, or if I'm talking to a lady friend. Why would I need to talk, at length, to people while I'm playing a game? I had no idea guys turn into a bunch of chatty Cathee's when they boot up their systems.
Yeah MP/co-op should be standard. I can't wait to play The Last Guardian with some friends and Heavy Rain seems perfectly suited to some good ole death matching.
Online is great and all, but not the most important. So I got a ps3 since to play online is free.
