I wanted to like it but ultimatley it falls a little flat compared to Monsters. I don't think these guys are as focused as they once were. I'm excited see what their next 2 games in the series is or was it 1 game left? I know they're working on one right now but I don't know if it's for the Pixel junk vol 1 collection or the vol 2 collection. Shooter, to me, wasn't evena shooter... Gravity Crash is a much better game.
I have strong reason to believe it's going to be biased, so I'm not going to pay attention to it. Bio Shock sucks the donkey. Deal with it and stop swinging from the nuts of an industry muppet like Levine.

I tried playing this last night and no one was playing... Not 1 game could be found on my end. Then again, I was playing the Ps3 version too. That's a typical thing with PS3 games.
I think when you go online with a Ps3 game they should add some background ambient noise... Say the CHIRPS of desperate CRICKETS.
The game blows. Tank like controls. QTE gameplay. Screen tearing. Bad voic acting. The list goes and grows on and on... Don't listen to Kartik21, one look at his link will show you tons of people who are complaining, like me, about the controls and voice acting already.
And, by the way, I don't think they're going to be dropping in new control schemes from now to release. The game tanked, just like its controls.
I wouldn't was 300mb on Bio Shock anything... I often wonder if I flush my toilet, would Bio Shock would go away? Without a doubt the biggest pile of sh@t FPS this gen. Too much hype and way too much under delivery.

I couldn't believe how restricted I was when playing Heavy Rain... You all kept saying there's gameplay but there really isn't. There are tiny events and moments...
Qore is absolute ballz. They need to fire that butt ass ugly girl doing it... Get better content... More content and reformat it. It's obtuse and flat. 25 bucks a year for Qore with no value or perks to back up its price tag is criminal.
He does have a scary, almost eerie truth. Fact is, when you game you're taking yourself out of society and planting yourself into a fictional world where you play by your rules. Like what he said or not, he has a fantastic point. I myself am an old school gamer. Galaga, Pacman, Qbert, Double Dragon, Super Mario Bros and so forth and so on... and I wouldn't be myself without having those experiences growing up and would hate to not be able to break away from my real life and not play them ...
Just as I suspected all along... I have now finally played it and it sucks. Sucks badly. This isn't a game at all. It is 100% just as I've said it was going to be all along, guys. Deny it all you want, when and if you've played it you know full well I am and have been right.

2-D, classic sidescrolling.. Super mega blast processing Sonic... Today? 2010? What's there to not like... I'm sorry, love, about this iteration? It's even for PSN and xbox live. Not a disc based game but a DL game. This is about as perfect as can be. The cost won't be high and the experience will be just what everyone expects it to be.

Are you disagreeing with my notion heavy rain isn't a game or that Shadows of Destiny didn't do what Heavy Rain is doing? Because you need to play it before speaking out about it. The events in the game... The characters you meet... The QTE nature of them. Shadows did this nearly 10 years ago, man.

Thank god it's a DL only... I wish Sega would do this with all of their gen games, actually. It might make me sway from the emulator scene even. This game will be a welcome adition to my other 60 + PSN games for sure... Reguarldess is it sucks or not... It's 2-d and I said as long as it's 2-d I'd buy it.... I'm not going back on my word.

No. But it should have since there isn't any gameplay in Heavy Rain save for "Dragon's Lair" inspired timed button presses, ala Shadow of Destiny/Memories. < Great game for you morons who think Heavy Rain and QD are breaking the mold with this type of game...
