They are good for gaming.
I have the 27 inch imac with an i7 And the 2 gig radeon HD 6970 and run every game I play either at 1080p or 1440p locked in at 60fps or higher. Also using windows 7 home premium 64bit.

You can't tell me that's not good. But of course the fanboys will deny it because they've never used one.

Bad parents buy their kids rated m games all the time. They'll be on every game.

Its called building services. It seems that each company is trying to take over the living room, and Microsoft is just throwing the icing on top of the cake.

If they continue adding TV stations, its going to give people a hell of a lot of variety compared to Sony next Gen.

Would be cool to be strolling along, all alone, then running into a huge group of players trying to survive. You request to join them And they let you in and all the members have to do missions for the boss, which would be another player.

He could send you out to get supplies, find more people that are alone or in smaller groups. Hell, even try to steal supplies from other groups, trying not to get caught. <...

Yeah? Lets see that computer play battlefield 3. Doubt it would happen :)

Edit- and I'm talking about parts from when the 360 first came out. And I'm pretty sure nothing back from 7 years ago can do it, besides consoles.

Also, developers can get a hell of a lot more out of a consoles hardware than they can out of a PC.

Like I said before. If the PC market all had the same gpus installed, and every developer knew that, they'd build...
