Pretty sure Microsoft isn't shutting the 360 down after the launch of the nextbox. Its nvidias fault because they are overpriced pieces of craps. Microsoft never made profit on the original Xbox because of nvidias high prices. That's most likely why Sony is dropping from nvididia next Gen because nvidia blows. Also, amd is hell of a lot better in the mobile gpu department.

Who knows? Maybe you can have an option on paying in full, or doing the payment plan with the console. I would of course pay in full so its mine right away. But the payment plan would be good for the people who cant afford it in one sitting. I think its a great idea.
Abdou23 - Yeah, it also requires an addon, it cant play them out of the box, so fail on your part. Never even heard of VCD so obviously it wasn't that popular. Also, it wasn't good for the playstation's eye as it would make it overheat and burn up over time.

It played CD's, yes, but not DVD's.
Edit - Lol, already a disagree for a FACT. I owned the PS1 at launch and never in its lifetime have i seen a movie play on it. People are dumb i guess.

If that's the case of all companies going cloud base, i wont be supporting it. What happens when a game dev goes down and you bought the game thru the cloud? You wouldn't get support from the game, or even worse, not even be able to play the damn thing again.
Also, i don't feel like looking at crap quality games that look worse than current gen consoles do. All i know, is GaiKai is a hell of a lot better than OnLive when it comes to processing graphics.

I've tried it, and frankly. it runs and looks like total CRAP on my 27" screen. Sorry, 720p on a 1440p screen is garbage. You can have fun with that sweet input lag though.

Before you join the server, click on it and look at the map rotation in the server info. It tells you the game mode for each map the server is running. :)
