Yea this article is biased. No mention of BR. But I wouldn't count HD DVD out yet like some of you Sony fanatics are doing. HD DVD could still come back, and I personally hope it will.
Personally I think Bill is sitting pretty comfortably. He's pretty much ignoring the hardware failures. Which really can't be as large a problem as they're made out to be. I know a lot of people personally with a 360- only problems are disc scratching- no bricked consoles that I know of out of at least 15 that I know personally.
M$ is sitting tight you fool. Sony needs to get their sh1t together before everyones all like "Playstation what?".
Yea some of these things really ruin the quality of a good game. Most of the glitching has been taken care of since I last played I think. But ghosting I don't think is a really big problem. It would really suck to stare at blackness. It already sucks enough to have to wait for 5 min. to get your next life.
Chainsaw glitchiing pisses me off though. Nothing sucks more than getting 2vs1 'ed and the 2nd guy running up and chainsawing you with a pistol, then diving away and switch...

This game looks pretty awesome. Strategy hopefully. A lot more than, "outproduce your enemy and overwhelm with raw numbers". I'd like to see some realism, and I trust ole' Clancy to bring me some.

Yes of course neither Sony or MS will tell us when they are going to drop the price. Most likely one will do it first as we get closer to the holiday season. Then as one drops, the other will follow suite soon after.
If M$ drops their price quicker, I think it will deal a big blow to Sony. If they drop it by $200, I'm calling that this war is over.

Yea they think their own products are the most reliable and best made. Not saying I disagree with them, just saying that they are biased towards their own domestic products. It's always been like this. 360 will never sell in Japan. It wouldn't have made much of a difference if M$ never released the 360 in Japan.
As much as I hate to say it, you've got a point. M$ seriously has some issues. But it's not all true. My 360 is a launch 360, with the crappy Toshiba drive. Guess what, I've never had a single problem with my 360. I mean, I think quite a bit of the failures are a result of poor console placement. Hopefully. But I doubt it since both last games were pretty short. They discovered the names of the levels in the beta code didnt they. Wasn't it like 9 or 10 levels in campaign? But they could be huge levels nonetheless.

If M$ lowers the price before Sony, then bye-bye PS3. If they lower it after PS3, then PS3's price-drop will be canceled out bc M$ will still have the cheaper console. Any way you look at this Sony is going to get sh1tted on this holiday season.
