I've played Tribes quite a bit.
Halo is nothing like Tribes.
Different classes of armor(light,med,heavy)?
Sh1tty gameplay?
Horribly controlling vehicles(Bombers?Star wars speeders? other craptastic vehicles..)?
Customizable loadouts(remote turrets, weapon stations, etc.)?
How is Halo Tribes without jetpacks? Oh yea you've got some guns and colorful armor.

This game is sick.
If you play the Beta, you'll be hooked. Take CoD2 style multiplayer+gameplay *(good MP & SP graphics)+ Halo party system = fun.

I have a tremendous respect for many PC FPS's. I played AvP: Gold for a long time.
But I can't understand why people hate this game. It brought so much to the console arena. H3 will bring so much of the same but improved gameplay, but many new features as well.
Graphics-haters? Wtf. The scale of H3 is tremendous. It's doing great.
