It's LIVE. It offers the best online experience. And I use both regularly. To be honest, I've been using PSN a little bit more in the past weeks but that only comes down to the games that I feel like playing. I still believe LIVE holds the top spot for online experience though.
There is a reason why PSN is slowly adding LIVE-esque features and why many PSN users are requesting LIVE-esque features... :\
I honestly am still shocked that PSN doesn't have voice messagin...
When I saw N64 at #9 :(
I fig'd that be in the Top 5 for sure. And don't get me wrong, I loved my dreamcast but I don't know if I could put it before my 64. This will be a repost but I'll post my list from the old thread.
It's hard for me to choose my #1. I'd have to say:
1.) N64 - God, I played more Goldeneye, StarFox and Mario Kart than the law should allow. I was in LOVE with this system. Road Rash, Mario 64, Forsaken, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, ...
Yeah I would've love to have played those other gaming platforms (Saturn, Neo-Geo, PCengine, TurboExpress or Commodore) but I never had access to any of them and I hate that >:(
I feel like I missed out on a lot by not being able to play many of the aforementioned platforms. You think Sony, M$ or Nintendo will ever come out with a gaming time machine so I could go back and play them at that point in history? Cuz I'd pre-order one if so.

Road Rash, Mario 64, Forsaken, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Killer Instinct, Diddy Kong Racing, NBA Jam, Turok, Every single THQ Wrestling video game ha... Too good of a system!
2.) PS2 - (a VERY close 2nd... should be tied w/ N64, really) The reason I give this the 2nd spot is really because o...
My answer is no. That was innovative as hell. And freaky. The game is a LOT of fun.
But I can't hate. The 3 main machines I own and use the most is my MacBook Pro, XBox 360 and PlayStation 3.
All of the enemies haha

Okay but COD4 has more modes than that. Search & Destroy is the only game mode I play on COD4 because it emulates SOCOM style of play (You get one life. You die? You wait til the next round). For anyone to say that mode doesn't take skill is lying through their teet...
No "i" in that anywhere ;)
Obviously a lot of the big name developers are going to try and push the 360's limits. They know their fans want to play their games in HD. I don't think they're that stupid.
And if this allows more indy devs to put games into the 360 library, I'm all for it! Microsoft and Sony usually have an underlying plan for their business moves and decisions. Let's just see how this one plays out before fanboys start foaming at the mouth... Which unfortunately it already seems too late for ...
You could have at least found a high resolution picture. Considering the topic and all...
*Stamps*
Laziness
1.) Halo 3: ODST
2.) Uncharted 2
3.) Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 (360)
4.) Assasin's Creed 2 (360)
And that's only about a third of the games that I'll be getting this fall/winter. My wallet hates this time of the year. Despises even.
I love it though.
I smell a hypocritical fanboy...
*Sigh*
And if you think the future of gaming is shooting NPC's in FPS's, you're not a gamer (Or you're business predicting talents are severely lacking). Because you would've noticed throughout the years, the steady push towards gaming online (versus one another). It's getting bigger and bigger...
Don't tell people that no skill is required in FPS's. If that was the case, you'd be MLG ranked in all FPS's. Instead, you're not. And you'd more than likely get destroyed if you were put up against anyone who played those games professionally.
Don't dumb down a specific genre just because you suck at it or it doesn't interest YOU. People dumb down the fighting genre a lot (because they stand no chance against those who are skilled and work daily on their skills). That's just ig...
Which I was pretty heated about because I had great stats during those games. Many people were also getting booted left and right. It was annoying for everyone playing. They need to fix this quick...
I like their style a lot more. GH is a great series though! It's what I started out on (obviously... haha) How are the hammer on's in this game? I hope their not insanely easy as GH3.
But it was nice to look at haha. I tried interacting with a lot, with not too much success as you've mentioned. One cool thing that I did find was when you walk through certain areas that were dripping that black ooze substance, if you stood under it, it would drip onto you. Nothing major but kinda cool seeing as how I wasn't expecting it considering how still everything else is in the game.
I tell you what though, I'm still shocked at the graphics behind Resident Evil 5 (Graphics in general). They looked amazing, IMO. I think given the right IP, Capcom could be in a position to turn a lot of heads with MT Framework 2.0
I hope Dark Void ends up being fun...
But maybe a mild scolding for whoever it was that came up with this new friends-list design, is in order ;)
@Poopface the 2nd
"Am I the only one that really couldnt care less what they do with the XMB as long as it works right?"
Some people do care about style and design. Would you be happy with a car that has been beaten to death with a baseball bat but the engine still works? Some people would but others could be a little annoyed considering ...
It's worth every penny.
My favorite soundtrack this gen. Combined with the gameplay it gave it such a mixed-feeling type feel. Beautiful, haunting, joyous, relaxing and saddening. What an innovative game.
MGS and Halo definitely deserve their spots, too. I mean come on, those games scores are the definition of Epic.
