That notice only affect some x360 and its cloud storage and not the XB1 and only a couple of apps like IGN and Maxim. All XBox Live functions Like online and multiplayer is up and running with no issue. That is why it was not reported because there wasn't any issue. LOL

I still can't forgive them that they locked out the nfl 2k series with their exclusive deal. I will never buy a EA sports game as long as Madden and Tiger Woods are the only game around for their respective sport.
They should just do a 3 year release between Far Cry, Assassin's Creed, and Watch Dog. That way, they give their developers more time to make their games and ensure each one is of high quality and don't over milked each of them franchises. Guitar Heroes and Tony Hawk went through the same faith and those franchises are no longer relevant because of too many releases.
