If you limit yourself to a single console, you are cheating yourself

like okmrman said, you are in every MS news posting negatives.

There is a simple solution to that, users in Sweden/Belgium can just create an account with Germany or the UK and walla, there goes a workaround.

Australian gamers has been setting up US Live accounts on X360 for years now due to the strict restriction of the games over there.

LOL, MS only FPS franchise is Halo (well, Perfect Dark as well) and yet PS3 has Killzone, Resistance, Haze, MAG, Socom.

On the launch of the PS4 and XB1, Sony will have another Killzone, while MS is bringing Killer Instinct and Ryse....oh, and Project Spark around launch window for those that are keeping track.

Just because people preferred playing a specific genre on a console doesn't mean that that is all it has to offer. Make too much sense, I know.

LOL, you're posting links of internet polls of random people that have never touch either controller. How credible.

There was even a poll on the headset for both systems and the PS4 earbud is also leading by 3-1 over the XB1 headset. Even the most diehard fans of Sony can realize that the Headset on XB1 is better than the cheap earbud of the PS4. That is all there is to know about where most of these internet posters legion are with.

Hey, MS spent over a $100 million developing this sucker so no doubt it will be great.

The only bad thing about the X360 controller was the D-Pad and the sole purpose that I get most of my Fighting games on the PS3, now that is fixed, this controller will no doubt be great for all genre.

LOL, you'll know the haters will bring in the AA battery BS and try to downplay this bit of pro XB news any moment now.

It is coming just like GTA3 eventually made it to PCs and the original Xbox a bit after the PS2 versions.

As long as Forza 5 and Killer Instinct are there on day One, the promises are just fine.

Xbox One Day One!

@iamnsuperman ,

Man, why are you trying to downplay this bit of news?

Here is a bit more information from the same post as quoted by rare regarding who they are looking for on these new AAA projects.

"You will have a successful history of releasing exceptional AAA games and these will ideally be in the Action/Adventure or FPS genre but this is not essential."

Sorry, Action/Adventure and FPS genre and Kinect casual ga...

I am not so sure about your statement that Rare is only concentrating on Kinect. It was already spotted last summer that Rare is on a massive hiring spree to to get talent for the development of several new AAA games on the Next Xbox (which of course is the XB1).

Hope Sony shows tons of exclusive at Gamescom. Can't wait.

It got to be Ryu/Ken, right?

I mean, every 2D fighting games after SF has a clone of those two from World Heroes, Scorpion/Sub Zero, to Jago of Killer Instinct.

How did you get 3 disagrees for that statement?

Don't worry about the fanboys, Glding89, you are a Rockstar.

LOL, Whatever fits your bill LeCreuset,

One thing is for sure, I will get mine in November and will enjoy Killer Instinct, Dead Rising, and Forza 5 with it. ;)

@admiral,

Already confirmed in the news link that Battlefield 4 is indeed part of the Season pass guaranteed program.

"You’ll be able access exclusive season pass content on anticipated titles like “Call of Duty: Ghosts” and “Battlefield 4” on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One."

Gaming PC due to upgrade possibilities. Heck, it will support both the DS4 and XB1 controller as well as a mouse and keyboard for gaming. That in itself, is a win.

The headline for Gamereactor is "Xbox One delayed to 2014" which is just not true. That statement implies that the entire launch is being delayed. If he would had said "Xbox One delayed in Belgium" or "8 of the selected 21 original countries" then he would have a point.

The X360 was also only released in selected countries as well in 2005. They had the rest of the countries rollout staged all through 2006. It is nothing new. Concentrating to get allotment to the major market first and rollout to the rest a few months down the road when supply is more readily available. It is all part of business strategy.

Move has potential but unfortunately since the camera is not package with the PS4, 3rd party developers will most likely ignore its implementation.

LOL, on the same poll page, the PS4 earbud has 1997 votes to XB1 headphone votes of 775 thus far.

That is all there is to know about this poll and who the majority of the voters are just like most internet polls about XB1 vs PS4 thus far.

"While Windows has access to roughly 2.5 GB (assuming the hypervisor requires 500 MB) and games are allowed 5 GB, the hypervisor could theoretically allocate memory from Windows for use in games. This technically means that if the Windows process is suspended and all resources are allocated for games that developers have up to 7.5 GB to use for game development."

Sounds good and I guess we will see more of that benefit in upcoming years when games require more ram usag...
