MS deserves its success. They have work hard in making the 360 competitive. Time exclusives, exclusive DLC, Low prices, great LIVE service, etc.
Make no mistake, no matter what the 360 does, the PS3 has a bright future. A price cut can significantly close the gap, and the AAA games coming are a big factor. Hirai should not call out the 360, specially when its in front, but he has a point in supporting the great value of the PS3

sometimes i think that it cant be done, since the chat in the PS3 is like a whole separate function. Other than that nice update, truly useful for anyone.
R2 is not as good as it should have been. Hate the graphics and the cheap deaths. Controls sucked and weapons are stupid. i wanted to trade it in but the Resistance for PSP has an option mode via R2.

GOTY nominations are over rated. The nomination does not guarantee a great game. The reality is valve ports to the PS3 are mediocre, since the fat guy just hates the PS3. A PS3 port would be too little too late, and by the time it comes out PS3 gamers will have Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, probably Infamous, Resident Evil 5. I dont see space for a zombie shooter with a year late release
The game is exactly what the 360 fans like to play. In the PS3 it might not get such a nice welcome. Besides no one is going to buy it a year later, this is not Bioshock quality
Its a fact that PS3 exclusives graphics destroys anything 360 has.

i think the author is pretty gosh-darned pointless in his article. The new anti PS3 line: "The visuals look CGI quality, who cares? Give me Halo game play style and shinny graphics that leave me blind in the process".

whoever buys halo wars over killzone does not have a PS3, and they might not get one for killzone. I prefer my PS3 over the 360, but i think there are a lot of happy 360 gamers that dont want to spent money on new consoles. But this comparison of two against one is like comparing a toyota with a ferrari, no similarities!!!
i truly hope MS supports the 360 strongly for the next 3 years, it would add value to the gamers of this generation.

last year they said the connection will allow you to use the PS3 controller when playing the PSP via its Video output. Imagine the cluster of cables!!

I guess they believe 360 gamers are indifferent about enjoying a high def movie, or having more storage for games. Like it or not MS has to realize that their futile attempt to sabotage Blue Ray has failed. Their precious 360 has a weak future, and this year they might get closer than they think to third place. 8 million difference is not that big of a deal when the PS3 starts at $399. If they drop the price to $299 by summer, 360 is in deep trouble.
The term exclusive does not guaranty a good game. Ninja Gaiden 2 was a terrible experience for me, being a fan of the first one, the second one seemed like a smash button contest. Also for some reason PS3 exclusive don't get the credit they deserve (IMO), although PS3 exclusive are not always great either.
