sure it would be nice for the fans but I doubt they will do anything of the sort, maybe release a few promo vids and some interviews and call it an E3.

if you have a Wii then go play Cooking Mama and you will understand that some games are just not properly programmed with motion controls in mind, Cooking Mama has that delay too, besides, that controller is not done yet, I am sure some tweaking needs to be done, also consider they are working with games that were not built for the controller support like Wii games.
