I agree, it's quite sad they have to promote their xbox 1.5 on the ps3 side of this news site, showing footage, old footage I might add, from a ps3 game....children.

ps2 Crushed xbox last round...where were you? Xbox got beat in every single facet, maybe not online playability, but you need more than 1 game for online play ::cough, Cough, HALO::
since it will have been out almost a year, and ps3 will match it's graphics, almost identically...think on that.
Sony did provide a free online service, and it served it's purpose, you went online and played people in games....just b/c it dioesn't make you pay $40-60 for user rankings and downloads that nobody wants, doesn't mean they didn't provide a free online service...
It's already out, games are going to cost around $65, about $5 extra b/c of the blu-ray disc to store twice as much as hd-dvd...quit trying to make figures up....
Japan is aroun 25% of the gaming market....I'd say that's prety significant..
