SONY is a genius for putting a Blu-Ray player in every PS3. They are also a genius for putting a HDD standard in every system. I happen to like 360 as well, but SONY knows how to make systems. That's what they do best.
This makes it easier on developers, because they don't have to think about how some of the systems might have the Blu-Ray player, and some might not. Or, "What do we do since they all don't have HDD's?" Which in turn, gives us better games....theoretica...

I did not say that Guitar Hero would flop. I happen to like Guitar Hero III better than I do Rock Band. I am referring to the "Lets make an entire game center around 1 band that a lot of people like for 1 or 2 of their songs" game that Activision is coming out with. I think it's a HUGE mistake. I happen to like Aerosmith, and I still think it's a HUGE mistake.
But whatever...if it floats your boat.
