Read an artical the other day where AMD has forced Sony to go the NEO route because of their new manufacturing . Gone from a Planar to finFET process . Would be much too cost prohibitive to continue with Planar . Will find out at E3 i`m sure .

There's one thing troubling me with Neo is that Sony has already stated that PS4 and Neo player's will play together online. I can see an advantage though playing FPS on the humble PS4 rather than the Neo. It's going to take a miracle to get the timings exact between the two especially with higher resolution textures and detail etc. You all know like me every millisecond counts in shooter's. One millisecond late and your already dead.
The main thing I see with Sony maybe releasing this Neo thing is just think logically for a while . This generation so far is totally one way steam ahead for Sony . They can`t do any thing wrong . Now we all know Nintendo is coming out big guns with whatever they have up their sleeve . Also Microsoft are playing catchup with Xbox One . Obviously they are not admitting it but really they are . So did I at first but I always put the dongle into the left usb . Always put it into the right side now , no issues whatsoever now !! . Not sure why , maybe the usb`s are wired slightly different ? .

Would love to see a Killzone VR only title . Killzone 3 was an amazing experience with those Move controllers . Accurate beyond words . And been a VR title only everyone would be on an even playing field .
If this thing is true and incoming all it's going to be is a 4K media player and streamer. Sony are not stupid enough to alienate all their loyal fan's. Still think they should come clean and quash all these rumours now rather than wait until E3. Ten week's away is like a lifetime away with all these rumours.
I agree with most of everything you say apart from the upgrade option. That's never going to happen I'm afraid. Think about it for a moment. Say for instance half of all PS4 owners want to upgrade, what would happen to 18 million old PS4'S?.
The first person to mention Sonys 4K streaming service. Well done. Personally I did think Sony was going to release a firmware update to enable 4K Bluray however it looks like I was wrong.
A lot of people are saying why don't Sony wait until PS5, but maybe just maybe PS5 won't even happen. What else will there be to put in PS5 after this rumoured PS4K?.After a 4K Bluray player and maybe a better VR experience similar to PC what's really left?.
With all these pre order deals running out of day one stock , I would love to know exactly what kind of numbers we are talking about here . Sony need to make a statement .
Try the Gear VR for cinema mode if you can. It's amazing and will keep you going until October. Now we need a preorder program soon Sony.

Yeah could be a mistake to launch a new platform but what if it's a VR enabled NX?. It's not all out of the realms of possibilities. Now if today's rumours have substance about Sony's VR not releasing until autumn now, Nintendo have a chance of beating Sony to the table. I for one hope not but you never know. It's a strange world in technology which never stops.

I knew this article would come . Sony PSVR is theirs 100 % , not a tacked on hope for the best . So PSVR is total profit to Sony not a half baked last ditched effort like Microsoft . How much is Oculus going to give Microsoft ? . Not a lot I bet !! .
