Actually the loot doesn't even have that faint line, it's only ammo pick ups that did. The loot just glowed as bright as any light would in the level and I would often get confused by which was a light and which was a loot drop at first glance.
You SHOULD care. Why blow money on something claiming to be "next gen" when it isn't. What's the purpose of even having an evolution in consoles then? Gameplay hasn't changed for over 2 decades now. If the game industry was full of people that thought like that we'd still have PSone and N64 graphics.
How many betas have you been in before? How many of those have been the entire game? Cause out of the dozens of betas I've been in on MMOs none have been the entire game. They always cap the level, and only let you test a handful of zones.
I can just barely imagine the horribleness of a Resident Evil reboot. Picture RE6 + the infamous RE Operation Raccoon City. Oh and it would also be handed off to Ninja Theory!
