i have to say those vector graphics for the intro mixed with the old war clips are genius. very nicely done. even the transition from the logo to the patch on the soldiers arm... beautiful. I must say the explosions look noticeably better.
i may get this game, i hope they have trophy support for the ps3 version even if it's just for each prestige. it's a deal breaker for me.

i don't know what POS setup you have but every burst i fire with the marksman shakes my room. cool snarls? do you have speakers? I would really consider checking out your cable connections, settings, or even if you have the right audio video equipment.

looks good and a lot more playable than gears 1 online. I can tell that this game will be boats of fun, maybe not forever... but it should have a strong or if not stronger single player/co-op campaign than gears 1 at the least
