I dunno fellas, you get what you pay for apply s pretty heavily for stuff like this. Ive been the owner of a Deck - The Legend Toxic board for the past year and it destroys my original Razer Black widow. The build quality is solid as hell, all keys are straight blacks (No click) and individually lighted and replaceable , warranty is long and also covers modding of the board itself.
But the price tag was wow at first, the rest is history :)

Cause scripted events makes a game not worth playing?
Its called a STORY, scripted events are scripted for a REASON. That reason being PROGRESSION and a direct FLOW of the narrative with the gunplay between each CUTSCENE.
Then there is the MULTIPLAYER where shit is not SCRIPTED

Whats wrong with the main protagonist? He has tons of personality, a much stronger reason for his vendetta IMO and doesent come off as heartless as Alex does which makes playing as him a pleasure. Not to mention there are very few African American protagonists in gaming so thats also adds another refreshing zing to the game. The combat is also more refined and everything is more polished then the original. Game is amazing.

I got lucky since I got half off the Season pass on Steam during the winter sales but for those who bought full price, this is the downside to season passes since its technically putting money up front for DLC that has the POSSIBILITY of being good. While they werent all shit, I expected better from these guys :(

How long does the unlocking take cause if I have to grind, Its technically forcing you to spend your time or your money and both is valuable to all of us. The money I might use on unlocking the stuff could go towards an indie game that deserves it or something!

I was JUST about to buy it till I realised its another (Pay to enjoy) kinda game so they can f**k themselves.
The best games I found so far that dont rob you are Fancy Pants Adventures, Retro Racing, Reckless Getaway, Zombie Escape, Swordigo, The Blocks COmeth, Superbrothers, Mos Speedrun (One of my all -time favs), Reckless Racing, Jetpack Joyride (One of my fav 1 button games for the train), LEague of Evil 2 and that all ive found thus far, any othe recommendations are welcome :))) ...
I personally hate f2p games cause it just robs legit buyers since a complete game of 60 bucks gets turned into 150 or more but the ONLY game I love that is f2p iw tribes Acend and its amazing. I played a good amount of the Blacklight f2p and It was really bad considering how much equipment costs and how its almost all rent and no perm purchases compared to all permanent in Tribes :)
BTW guys, while this sexy piece of heaven is being made, might I suggest we all help out Fatshark games with their endeavor, Krater, and get a sweet game in the process? :D

One of the reasons why...cause they playtested it w a beta to prevent launch issues (Most problems at least, just thinking about the gears releases makes me shudder) and the gameplay so far is wicked fun and more on the hardcore side.

You DO know that someone else opinion, heard multiple times, skews your opinion right? Not to mention most of the reviews condemns the game for bugs when BUTTRIM had shitloads more. I played Raccoon City B4 the reviews and found it to be very fun and tense so Im sticking with my opinion. and It wasent buyers remorse, believe me bawhahaha I love ma vidya games :3
Games that have the tension of Metro or Open-worldness of Fallout or STALKER in the Post Boom boom setting is music to my ears since they are just so much more awesome than the usual cookie cutter shooters with just soldiers...and more soldiers...
