Every console is sold at a loss, some more than others. Fact is ps3 was priced too high and sony knew it. As for accusing microsoft of doing nothing against cheating, I've had xbox live since 2002 and I have never seen any cheating or hacks being used in any game, save for the standbying glitch in halo 3, which doesn't even count as a hack.

Hell if it were activision they would have fired the entire staff and hired a new studio to take their place which they actually did with IW.
