I thought that, being HD, the HUD would be smaller than the non-HD one. I was wrong. I can see a little more detail in the WiiU one, but the colors don't pop as much.
I don't think that Nintendo is going to take advantage of the upgraded hardware. I mean, the WiiU is a lot more powerful than the Wii, but all the gameplay is going to stay the same it seems. The only thing Nintendo is really adding is HD, but not like they should be. It's the equivalent of up...
This will still most likely come out for other consoles as well. This wasn't made by Nintendo and is just an app that is also on the iPad and other things. I believe they plan on putting this on more devices, also.
The guys from Polygon said that it didn't feel like it ran 60 fps. They were told that playing with 2 players (one player using the gamepad with their own screen and another using a Wii remote on the TV) would impact the framerate. We'll see when it's released, though. And, yes, they realize it isn't finished.
You should try playing with some friends. I hear it helps A LOT with getting into the game. I haven't really gotten into it, myself, but I plan on just playing 2 with some friends.

Well, it is, but it's the other way around. The PS3 version is a 360 port.

The comment on that site makes sense about it possibly being for Cloud and Sephiroth because the cars match their hair colors and they are facing each other. I really hope it is for them and Crash Bandicoot. Snake would be good, too.
I have a fat 80GB and a slim 160GB. My fat just had its 3rd YLOD and my warranty is up. I'm not sure what to do with it. I think I'm just going to wait and pick up this super slim version.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about the 360 and the Wii U, not the Wii U and the Wii.
Every PS3 is sold with a hard drive. It's the same with PC. Every PC has a hard drive, so it's not a big deal when games have a mandatory install.

Yep. I've been using it for emulators for years now. I haven't played many PC games with it, though. The only ones I can think of are Skyrim, Arkham Asylum/City, and Lego Batman with my girlfriend.
@Sidar Yes, but Nintendo was advertising the feature of being able to play without using the TV. That means you still have to sit in front of the TV to play.
