I'm rocking c2q, and there has been no reason to buy an amd processor, and i7 was not a significant improvement...especially with the cost of the x58 mobo's etc, but if the first i9's really are clocked at 2.4ghz and cost a fortune, i will happily swap back to amd for the 6-cores
ahaha, suck **** intel, you really had it coming, dell made 30% of their profits annuals from intel prior to 2006 from payouts from intel so them wouldn't use amd processors...

IW had free reign under activision, as well as a blank cheque...all the poor decisions regarding the straight clone of cod4 (see: mw2) as well as the dedicated server B.S were all IW decisions, I hate activision as much as anyone, but IW has earned their fair share of blame and contempt as well.

I bought Mirrors Edge and Dead Space, they are two of my favourite games this gen, I would recommend them to anyone, and tell anyone who will listen about what they missed out on, good games have a lasting effect. But if EA are aspiring to be more like Activision currently is then they have no one to blame but their own greed, and may god have mercy on us all.

There's no console hate. I just think motion control is ridiculous. I have owned every single nintendo console and handheld since the beginning as well as a ps2 an x-box and an atari ( and been a pc gamer all the while), but motion control has ruined gaming for me. People that think this will have any effect on 360 sales are deluded, natal will only work with new titles, and anyone interested in gaming for the motion control aspect most likely already own a Wii, it's a sad game of catch up for MS and Sony, nintendo did it right, the others dissed, now they are begging for a slice. Nintendo will continue to dominate in sales in consoles and games, even if the games are Mario Kart Fitness 7 and the like.
