Tales of Games get always good Scores in Japan. This games always have quite the same score in Famitsu even Tales of Graces F got 37/40 so it got a better Score than this game and Tales of Graces is probably one of the worst games I ever played. I think no Tales of Game ever got a lower Score than 35/40 in Famitsu.
Yes it is really crazy till Tales of Vesperia this IP always had nice graphics, good Story and overall good production value but somehow after Vesperia all the newer games looked worse than Vesperia even on better Hardware and a lot of the recent Tales games also felt to similar to each other for me always kind of the same looking characters. But I will wait and see what the western audience and press thinks about Berseria when it release.
It got the same score as every recent Tals of Game and it is probably the same crap game as all the other recent Tales games. Tales of Vesperia was the last good Tales of game and this IP continues to go downwards.

@ Apocalypse Shadow but imagine how awesome this game could be if there where more than exploration. Imagine if you could build things like you can in Minecraft. You could really make some planets your own and discover awesome creations other players already created on some planets. Some players would spent probably their whole lives only with this game when you have not only 1 world like in Minecraft but the whole universe for you to create.
I think the thing No Man's sky desperately would need is a komplex and deep crafting and building system. This really could have been the next evolution of Minecraft or Terraria, a Terraria in 3D. But the reason why Minecraft is so popular is not the exploration of the procedural Worlds, just even think about this for a moment would Minecraft be so succesfull if all you could do is explore the procedural generated World, collect some minerals with no real purpose and fight a few creepers...
I still don't see the point of this game. Exploring is really the only real gameplay element of this game,exploring just for the sake of exploring? So i gather resources to get upgrades for my spaceship that I can explore further, ok but why should I do all this where is the point? the game gives me basically no reason for exploring and with no reason to do something and only procedurally generated bland planets and no other gameplay variation than exploring this game is destined to becom...

This game should be 20 at most, they are insane to demand 60 on consoles for a 5 year old game with slight enhancements and guys on PC get it for free. Everyone who buys this at 60 is really a complete moron.
Didn't age well? Uncharted2 is not even old. Uncharted2 was the same boring way to linear game when it released that it is now in my opinion. This game and the whole IP was just way overrate right from its beginning. Uncharted1 is at 89 on Metacritic and this is a game with mediocre gameplay linear to death, a singleplayer you will beat in 3 till 5 hours and no multiplayer! This article has some good and valid points but thank god we have enough games nowadays which are not like a Uncharted 4. Thanks god not every game is like Uncharted and only focuses on graphics, I completly ignore this disgustingly overrated IP and just don't fall for the hype of Uncharted anymore, I learnd from the past where I wasted money on Uncharted 2 and 3. But yet still I have plenty of awesome new games with great gameplay to play you just have to focus on games you know you like...
DragonKnight is right forging is way harder to level up now but illusion magic is still quite easy and fast to level up.
lol the crowd for a game like Disgaea 5 is even smaller than for Until Dawn, the is a reason why this IP still has PS1 graphics, Disgaea is a very low budget game for am small niche audience.
Most of this games are no must have I only have MGS5, Bloodborne, The Witcher 3 and Dark Souls 3 out of this games, the other games like Uncharted4 or Until Dawn are boring crap to me.
And gamers on consoles should again pay 60 for this if at all marginal update while gamers on PC get it for free? This is even worse than the Skyrim Remastered, Skyrim has at least noticeable improved lightning, textures and effects( like improved water ect.). Even if PC gamers get the Skyrim update also for free it is still better than this.
