Their saying that people with big screen TVs get the most out of Wii motion control because it makes motion control feel more realistic.
I don't think Wii owners care for multiplats especially since some of them own another system, or some just don't really care for them. Multiplats won't work on Wii because it doesn't share the same specs as the other systems, and multiplats are'nt made with motion sensing in mind . So what would be the point. Wii gamers want games specifically designed to be played with motion sensing.
I know I can't speak for everyone, buy I personally don't have the time to play all the gam...
I guess it has to be really damn amazing because Wii bowling is so much fun... so have you played both or are u just being a fanboy?
No one can compare PS3 motion sensing to Wii motion sensing. It doesn't work well on PS3 (honestly it seems as if it was tacked on...). Wii was built for motion control. PS3 motion sensing games aren't selling well because they quite frankly stink...
The sad truth of it, is that this is an example of a fanboy being an a$$ clown. The Wii was released in the same generation as the Xbox 360 and PS3. It is part of this current generation of consoles whether anyone likes it or not...
I don't think Wii fit is going to destroy the game industry... there are people who might find Wii fit fun. Just because it doesn't cater to the hard core doesn't mean that it is a horrible game (or whatever u wanna call it). There are so many games out for the hardcore for this year and next year, and now all of a sudden one game is going to destroy the hardcore market.
If thats the case, then why aren't the "hardcore" gamers in Japan rushing out to buy the "har...
Face it... motion control on the PS3 sucks so far... I doubt casual gamers are going to buy a PS3 to play a bowling game
This game is going to be the best game of next year... I just hope the delay was to get out a headset that would make the game a perfect 10...
This guy isn't impressed... Nintendo y aren't u doing anything about this. We can't have this guy not be impressed. Oh wait what was that Nintendo?... you don't care about this looser... oh ok then my bad... carry on.
As awesome as the graphics and hardware on the 360 and PS3 are, I haven't been really tempted to get one and I haven't followed videogames since the PS1 and N64. I briefly owned a PS2 (recently actually) but I actually traded it (I know I'm crazy that way).
I think for me, the PS3 and 360 (PS3 mostly) haven't brought much innovation to videogames other than graphics. So essentially I feel like if I bought either of those consoles I'd just be playing games the same way as b4 wi...
And I think it's one of my worst purchases ever. I bought into the whole idea of it being more powerful than the DS and it's better graphics, but in terms of fun factor the DS is still more fun. I barely touch my psp, and am now back on my DS.
Overall I think the PSP has great features and is very impressive (techinally), I don't find it fun... hopefully God of war chains of olympus will be good because that will be the last PSP game I may end up buying bringing me to a grand t...
Seriously what the hell has the Wii done to u... let people who bought it enjoy it, and go enjoy the system you like... besides over 13 million people disagree with you!
Nintendo isn't selling it at this price, the individual store is...
If the gamecube had better graphics than the PS2, wouldn't it make sense that the Wii graphical capabilities surpasses that of the PS2.
Sadly it seems that other developers are being lazy rather than actually try to create good graphics for the Wii.
There really isn't any excuse anymore... look at metroid...
I love my Wii, and I play with it whenever I can... {snicker}. I'm just trying to decide between the PS3 and the 360 as a secondary console.
All the games I wanna play are on Wii, but there are some other titles I wanna play on the other system. I don't have the time or money to get all systems.
There are still PS2 games I haven't finished yet, so I will only get one more console for some of the cross platform titles.
I think that's brilliant. I'm trying to decide between a 360 and a PS3. I've notice that I keep getting one step closer to buying a 360. I like innovation, and though I think nintendo is the master of innovation, Microsoft has been impressing me lately... Well let's see what happens this Xmas.
When did metroid launch... August 28th... this report is for sales in august... so in 3 to 4 days metroid prime sold 218,000 copies...
I've never played any multiplayer that has been as much fun as smash bros, and smash bros melee. Everytime I see an article about Brawl it seems time slows down even further, and that december 3rd will never get here... when this game comes out, I'm going to throw the ultimate Wii party... This game just has everything you could want. Now if only nintendo can hurry up and release the Wii headset already!!!
As I keep saying, buy what you want and shut up... The ps2 was a great system not because it catered to the hardcore, but because it was accessible to everyone. The same is happening with the Wii.
As a returning gamer I have 7 games (1 minigame) for the Wii, and I never owned a gamecube. People go to the system that provides fun experiences without being difficult to pick up and play.
I am by no means a fanboy, but like the ps2, the Wii is providing the same fu...
There are some really dense people here... People with Big screen TVs (like me) aren't using their TVs for Wii graphics, they enjoy playing Wii on their big screen TVs because it enhances the motion control experience. Making Wii gaming feel (ok people focus on the word FEEL not Look) more realistic.
