I think it's about appreciating our videogame history as much as our future. Plus all the kids that got to experience the birth of 'true' console gaming (I say true in that before Nintendo and Sega fueled the industry, there wasn't a huge console market) are now middle aged like me, and we like the idea of these things live on. I have my kids playing the NES and SNES minis right now. It's definitely a great thing. I do agree that if not for the success of the Nintendo mini...
Yup. MS is really good at giving half you half a story.
I know right. It wasn't even purchased on an Xbox. I purchased it right from the switch using my live login to record the purchase on MS servers. Still can't use it unless I'm logged in to my live account through the switch. If I don't connect to live I can't use it, and there is nothing in any print, fine or otherwise that informs one of this.
I agree, it's definitely the bigger issue.
You DO win, guy. You do win.
Man, that's like comparing apples and a different kind of apples. But the combat is definitely inspired by arkham. As it should be. Arkham combat system still blows my mind.
I agree the fluid combat in arkham is/was a game changer. Pun intended.
I wonder if the writer felt the same about gta, fallout, or elder scrolls. Maybe open world isn't their cup of tea.
Thays actually not why. Check the interwebs.
To the pro-sup community: the scale of the map would have to be huge if it is to be a sandbox. But to really get a feel of superman, it should really include other planets too. As for power progression, they could always design it like superbly not having all of his powers at once, or have it encompass his life in Smallville through his death and then tease his return after the end credits. But if its not a sandbox game, they could pull from some of the archs like death and return, or flashpo...
Wanna know how Microsoft handles crossplay. Here's an example of what Microsoft does. I own minecraft on switch. As an option ms let's you log into your live account to promote "crossplay". Seems great right? Well if you go to the store and buy DLC for minecraft, Microsoft displays an ever so helpful message that you should buy it under your ms account to save it because if you don't you could lose everything you bought if your file becomes corrupted, or gets erased from...
Hahahahahahaha! You, good sir, get a gold star. I have unfortunately seen both.
For realz yo. I bought this game for twelve bucks during all the hate speech. I fully went in expecting a dumpster fire with how bad it was received. I came away with a great experience. It was super fun and beautiful. Best looking game for sure at the time, and still looks amazing. As far as the story goes, it was great. And the length, it was the perfect length for the story it told. Ready at dawn, if you're listening, please continue. Don't let this amazing story die.
I agree wholeheartedly. I want MS and Sony to be completely transparent on the issue. Give me a media release on what each side wants exactly. That's all we want, and what these companies should give us. Until then, how 'bout we all stop pointing fingers?

This article doesn't tell the whole story. There was stabbing on both sides. But I'm glad it ended up with us having the Playstation brand. Think of where we'd be without it.
So what you're saying is, although you concede that the kid "made" the game most likely, due to its simplicity; because he/she may have had help "releasing" the game, she deserves no credit? Because that's what it sounds like you're saying. I just hope you aren't a parent. Furthermore, I guess you also believe that all of the artists and programmers who work on 4A games deserve no praise either because they undoubtedly did not have a hand in publishing the ...
Hahahahaha. Hillarious.
@kado
Can you show me where Psnow was ever marketed or referred to as a replacement for BC, or sony's version of bc, by anyone except the competition and fanboys of the competition? It was created to allow for streaming of ps games on platforms other than Playstation. I.e.:computers, smart devices, and smart TVs. Anytime Sony has offer bc it has been free. Sounds a lot like what ms is trying to do with their streaming box.
