He said based on what he's seen and heard (if true in the end) he prefers this ... meaning he prefers AR to VR. But again I wouldn't expect someones opinion to be accepted here anyway, unless it were in the inverse direction that is.
EDIT: also to be clear he specifically stated IF what he has heard is true .... "Obviously it's too early to tell because they haven't released a final product"
this is n4g You aren't allowed to like any product more than whatever sony announces .... even if it is just the possibility of such....
They have had that policy ever since shadowrun flopped due to keyboard vs controller (as well as pc players modding/cheating etc) ....MS did it first, tried it out, and it failed, even project spark which has cross platform content does not allow any interaction between pc and xbox players. I don't get whaT is suprising here.
However, as much as it makes sense for competitive games to be seperated, they should reconsider for the sake of MMO's, especially ones with a f...
Maybe they should work on releasing new games over there at sony ...
What is this? How is this "convoluted and difficult?" It is right where you would assume, and why would you buy one when EVERYONE who has an xb1 is covered by the warranty...
This game has amazing potential, can't wait to see where it goes, already seeing some cool things, someone already made an infamous remake in spark
Saw a really cool remake of infamous on project spark a bit ago.
Doesn't mean it effects everyone.

For example ... I haven't gone down all day, and have had full lobbies, it's just lots of others aren't so lucky.
EDIT: What is there to disagree with?
Cool, can't wait to see more of this game.
@eonjay The fact he said "after" is proof enough, that means he doesn't intend to keep gaming the focus very long.... sucks.

You would say "also" or "as well'?" If the intent were to continue on both fronts.
Notch saying this all but ensures a shaky future for oculus for gaming now ... damn.
What I find strangest is his claim is most likely incorrect just based on xb1 sales alone for titanfall, let alone adding in PC sales.
Sweet, guess this update aims to strike down the negatives it recieved (private lobbies and variation in modes lacking) good to see such quick support.
Looking forward to see more of child of light.
@rain You do realize in order to do this, they must fully develop the hardware and software, find a manufacturer, ship the product, market the product, pay their first party teams as well as 3rd party teams to implement it into their games (to preempt support for it) and hope that the defect rate is VERY low.

I get that the reality causes lots of downvotes here on neogaf, but sony isn't the most stable company financially and this is a huge investment, especial...
I'd say morpheus is a horrible idea "for sony." If VR ends up flopping that is going to be a huge loss (just like their tv's laptops, etc) and it will probably put forth the end of sony. Which is not good, no matter your stance in the console "wars."
@pog I agree the original d3lay was all MS, but why would they lengthen it 5 days before launch when they could have just said 1 month delay to begin with? Clearly the game was not up to snuff. There are a lot of things that most likely cannot be done on the 360 version that may change the way the game plays, they now have a month to work on it(as originally the 2 weeks was just to promote xb1 sales) and make it play well.
Sounds like a pc/tablet/phone title.
Most likely just referring to xb360 beta, which I guess is kinda big, but irrelevant for me.
Looks like square enix and ubisoft will be responsible for my empty wallet for the next few years.
