This is NOT MGS4 coming to the 360. It says "A new metal gear" (or something). Note the word: 'NEW'.
The Metal Gear Solid story ended with MGS4. There isn't a MGS5.

I'd put money on this having nothing to do with the 360 at all. Think about it. Green = codec. The other symbols could mean anything (! for Ac!d) for example).
But I'm certain this is about the game itself. Not it's platform. It's a well respected franchise, from a well respected company, with a well respected big cheese. It just isn't done.

I don't think this is MGS4 on the 360. A surprise is better suited to that kind of announcement.
I also don't think it has anything to do with the 360, green is the colour of the codec, and the circle thing is a universal power indicator.
